小虎石化码头中控系统的设计与实现

【摘要】:在港口企业发展中,信息化、自动化对货物运输起着主导和控制的作用,因此各个港口都很重视对码头现场信息的掌握、控制和处理。随着信息技术的发展,微电子技术,计算机技术,自动控制技术,传感器技术大量进入港口行业,对于码头信息系统的可视化,操作自动化,以及数据记录存档等提供更多的支持,利用可编程控制器(PLC)控制的控制系统越来越多得的应用。本文针对小虎石化码头的中控系统,基于可编程控制器(PLC),上位机组态软件(SCADA)以及SQL数据库对中控系统的设计和实现。码头的各个泊位与中控室的通讯,通过当前流行的现场总线技术ControlNet进行连接。人机界面方面,采用性能稳定的工控机,运行上位机组态软件(SCADA),对现场设备的信息进行显示,并对设备进行控制、操作。而现场的数据、工人的操作等信息,,通过服务器运行SQL数据库软件自动进行记录以备查。从而使得只使用少量的人员即可使用中控系统,实现对现场设备设施的控制、操作,对现场生产动态进行实时监测,对发生的事件具有可追溯的记录等功能。
[Abstract]:In the development of port enterprises, informationization and automation play a leading and controlling role in cargo transportation. Therefore, each port attaches great importance to mastering, controlling and processing information on the spot of wharf. With the development of information technology. Microelectronics technology, computer technology, automatic control technology, sensor technology into the port industry, for the terminal information system visualization, operation automation, as well as data archiving and provide more support. The application of PLC control system is getting more and more. This paper is based on PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) for the central control system of Xiaohu Petrochemical Wharf. The design and implementation of the central control system in the upper computer configuration software (SCADAA) and the SQL database, and the communication between the berths of the dock and the central control room. Through the current popular field bus technology ControlNet connection. The man-machine interface, using a stable performance of the industrial control computer, running the upper computer configuration software ControlNet). Display the information of the field equipment, and control and operate the equipment. And the data of the site, the operation of the workers and other information. Through the server running SQL database software to record automatically for reference, so that only a small number of people can use the central control system, to achieve the field equipment facilities control, operation. Real-time monitoring of site production dynamics and traceability of events.
