【摘要】:山区国省干线公路作为发展地方经济重要的基础设施,在公路路网中发挥着越来越重要的作用。与此同时,随着公路使用年限的增加,山区公路沥青路面的使用性能却日渐下降,因此,它的养护问题也越来越受到公路建设者的普遍关注。针对贵州山区公路养护规模逐步扩大而养护资金又有限的实际情况,为保持路面优良的使用性能,减少路面早期病害的发生,延缓病害的不良发展,使道路使用寿命延长和降低养护成本,应跟据山区公路沥青路面的使用性能,适时选择符合其特点的技术对其进行预防性养护。鉴于目前的预养护方式有多种,如就地热再生、(超)薄层罩面、微表处、稀浆封层、雾封层、碎石封层,如何选择一种适应贵州山区干线公路的快速养护方式成为一个问题。基于此,本文提出对山区国省干线公路进行就地热再生和薄层罩面的技术经济评价研究。 本文首先探讨了贵州山区国省干线公路早期典型病害及发展机理,提出通过技术经济评价的方法在就地热再生和薄层罩面中选择一种合适山区干线公路养护是养护方式,然后对山区干线公路养护方式的技术经济评价进行了系统的理论分析,指出通过技术适应性、经济适应性和社会效益三个方面对山区干线公路的养护方式进行技术经济评价。 本文的重点是技术适应性评价和经济适应性评价,特别是技术适应性评价模型的构建和评价体系的建立,本文用AHP—TOPSIS方法构建技术适应型评价模型,再应用等效年度费用法等方法分析养护方式的经济适应性,社会效益进行定性分析描述。最后依托2013年分别运用就地热再生和薄层罩面技术进行养护的贵州两条干线公路进行技术经济分析实例论证。 技术经济评价结果表明:地热再生和薄层罩面作为沥青路面养护中的一种就地快速修复技术,它们都改善原沥青路面级配和路面路用性能,达到养护要求,从而延长其使用寿命;在技术上,就地热再生技术比薄层罩面表现出更优越的技术适应性;在经济上,就地热再生技术可以充分利用旧沥青路面混合料,相比薄层罩面更节约资源,且运用等效年度费用法可以预见就地热再生费用年值更小,经济效益较高;在社会效益上,相比薄层罩面技术,就地热再生不需要考虑运输旧的沥青废料以及处理废料堆弃的问题,但是会排放较多的大气污染物。
[Abstract]:As an important infrastructure for the development of local economy, trunk roads in mountainous countries play a more and more important role in the road network. At the same time, with the increase of the service life of roads. However, the performance of asphalt pavement in mountain area is declining day by day. Its maintenance problem has been paid more and more attention by highway builders. In view of the actual situation that the scale of highway maintenance in Guizhou mountainous area is gradually expanding and the maintenance funds are limited, in order to maintain the excellent performance of the road surface. In order to reduce the occurrence of early disease, delay the bad development of disease, prolong the service life of road and reduce the maintenance cost, the performance of asphalt pavement in mountainous area should be followed. In view of the fact that there are many kinds of pre-curing methods, such as the geothermal regeneration (super) thin layer cover, micro-surface, slurry seal, fog seal, gravel seal. It is a problem how to choose a kind of rapid maintenance method to adapt to Guizhou mountain trunk highway. Based on this, this paper puts forward a study on the technical and economic evaluation of geothermal regeneration and thin-layer covering of trunk highway in mountainous province. In this paper, the early typical diseases and development mechanism of trunk highway in Guizhou mountainous area are discussed. It is put forward that the method of technical and economic evaluation is to choose a suitable maintenance method for trunk highway in mountainous area in terms of geothermal regeneration and thin covering. Then the paper makes a systematic theoretical analysis on the technical and economic evaluation of the maintenance mode of the mountain trunk road, and points out that through the technical adaptability. The technical and economic evaluation of the maintenance mode of mountain trunk highway is carried out in three aspects of economic adaptability and social benefit. The emphasis of this paper is the evaluation of technical adaptability and economic adaptability, especially the construction of evaluation model and the establishment of evaluation system. In this paper, the AHP-TOPSIS method is used to construct the evaluation model of technology adaptation, and the equivalent annual cost method is used to analyze the economic adaptability of the maintenance mode. The social benefits are qualitatively analyzed and described. Finally based on the examples of technical and economic analysis of Guizhou two trunk roads which are maintained by geothermal regeneration and thin-layer covering technology in 2013 respectively. The results of technical and economic evaluation show that geothermal regeneration and overlay as a local rapid repair technology in asphalt pavement maintenance both improve the gradation and pavement performance of the original asphalt pavement to meet the maintenance requirements. Thus prolonging its service life; Technically, the technology of geothermal regeneration is superior to that of thin layer covering. Economically, the geothermal regeneration technology can make full use of the old asphalt pavement mixture, which saves more resources than the thin layer covering, and the annual value of the geothermal regeneration cost can be predicted to be smaller by using the equivalent annual cost method. Higher economic benefit; Compared with thin-layer covering technology geothermal regeneration does not need to consider the transportation of old asphalt waste and disposal of waste disposal but it will emit more air pollutants.
