【摘要】:刚构—连续组合梁桥是一种现如今发展迅速的桥型,随着此类桥型被广泛应用,对于该类桥型的设计施工研究有了新的要求。为了解决工程背景长沙湘府路湘江大桥施工的实际问题,本文围绕刚构—连续组合梁桥的仿真分析、0#块应力分析、最佳合拢方案确定等施工控制关键问题展开研究,本文主要工作及成果如下:(1)应用Midas/Civil软件以及平面结构分析程序“CSU混凝土桥梁安全分析与控制系统V1.0(简称BR-CAL-Z)"对全桥进行仿真计算分析,获得了湘府路大桥在施工过程中位移、内力、应力的变化规律、分布情况。结果表明,各截面内力、应力均在控制范围内。(2)应用ANSYS建立0#块空间有限元模型,对主墩主梁0号块进行应力计算,分析主桥箱梁0#块裂纹产生原因,研究了防裂的对策。(3)对刚构—连续组合梁桥的合拢方式进行论述及对比研究,分析了不同合拢顺序对结构的影响,得出了最佳的合拢顺序,同时通过对合拢时施加顶推力大小进行比较分析,得出合理大小的顶推力,该顶推力能抵消来自合拢温差和桥梁后期混凝土收缩徐变对主墩的影响,改善主墩的受力。(4)简述了湘府路湘江大桥的施工监控方案,对比分析了实测结果与理论计算结果,指导了本桥的施工控制。
[Abstract]:Rigid-frame-continuous composite beam bridge is a kind of bridge with rapid development nowadays, and it is widely used with this kind of bridge. In order to solve the practical problems in the construction of Xiangjiang Bridge in Changsha Xiangfu Road, this paper focuses on the simulation analysis of rigid frame-continuous composite beam bridge. The key problems of construction control, such as stress analysis of 0# block and determination of optimal closure scheme, are studied. The main work and results of this paper are as follows: (1) the application of Midas/Civil software and plane structure analysis program "CSU concrete bridge safety analysis and control system V1.0" The whole bridge is simulated and analyzed by BR-CAL-Z. The variation law and distribution of displacement, internal force and stress of Xiangfu Road Bridge during construction are obtained. The results show that the internal forces of each section are different. The stress is within the control range. (2) the finite element model of 0# block is established by using ANSYS. The stress of block 0 of main pier is calculated, and the cause of cracks in box girder of main bridge is analyzed. The paper discusses and compares the closing mode of rigid frame-continuous composite beam bridge, analyzes the influence of different closure sequence on the structure, and obtains the best closure order. At the same time, through the comparative analysis of the magnitude of the top thrust applied in closing, the reasonable size of the top thrust is obtained, which can counteract the influence of the temperature difference of closure and the shrinkage and creep of concrete on the main pier in the later stage of bridge closure. The construction monitoring scheme of Xiangjiang River Bridge on Xiangfu Road is briefly described, the measured results and theoretical calculation results are compared and analyzed, and the construction control of the bridge is guided.
