公路隧道渗漏水病害发生机理及对策研究

【摘要】:改革开放以来,随着我国的交通运输事业蓬勃发展,我国公路隧道的建设也取得了举世瞩目的成就。然而我国公路隧道在运营过程中出现渗漏水病害的情况十分普遍。本文以某高速公路隧道渗漏水病害调查及治理为工程背景,首先把防排水系统作为切入点来分析水害发生的原因,通过调研分析和室内模型试验分析了隧道防排水系统的实际性能;基于流固耦合原理,采用有限差分软件FLAC3D研究隧底结构水害发生机理;在研究了隧道渗漏水病害发生机理的基础上提出优化措施,并通过试验研究了衬背排水新技术;最后以高速隧道渗漏水病害实例,综合分析其渗漏水发生机制,研究其采用的渗漏水处治新措施及其功效。本文所取得的主要研究成果有: (1)通过文献调研与现场调查,研究分析并总结了公路隧道防排水系统在施工当中存在的各种问题,这些问题都是渗漏水病害发生的可能因素。 (2)通过室内模型试验研究发现土工布受围岩压力、初支表面粗超度和淤堵程度三者因素的影响而未能发挥其实际功效;覆盖在中央排水沟上的级配碎石被泥沙淤堵后,其透水能力严重降低。 (3)运用FLAC3D对隧底结构在轮载作用下的流固耦合问题进行研究,分析隧底结构形式、孔隙率和车载三个因素对动孔隙水压力的影响,揭示了轮载导致隧底结构破坏和路面渗水的机理。 (4)通过试验研究了一种隧道衬背电热熔蜡造孔排水新技术,这项技术的优势在于能够低成本、高效率地解决隧道初期支护与二次衬砌的排水问题。 (5)以某高速公路隧道渗漏水病害治理工程为实例,通过现场调查、检测,综合分析其渗漏水病害发生原因,并提出治理措施和建议。
[Abstract]:Since the reform and opening up, along with China's transportation enterprise vigorous development, the construction of highway tunnel in China has made remarkable achievements. However, China's highway tunnel in the operation process of the seepage Water Leakage disease situation is very common. Based on a highway tunnel Water Leakage disease investigation and governance as the engineering background, the drainage as the starting point to analyze the causes of water damage, the actual performance of tunnel waterproof and water drainage system was analyzed through investigation and analysis and model tests; fluid solid coupling principle based on the finite difference software FLAC3D to study the tunnel bottom structure of water damage mechanism; on Tunnel Based on the disease occurrence mechanism of Water Leakage optimization measures are put forward. Study on new technology of backing and drainage through experiment; finally high speed tunnel disease Water Leakage examples, a comprehensive analysis of the infiltration mechanism of Water Leakage. The new measures for the treatment of leaking water and their effectiveness are used. The main research results obtained in this paper are as follows:
(1) through literature research and field investigation, we have analyzed and summarized all kinds of problems existing in the construction of highway tunnel drainage system, which are all possible factors for the occurrence of leakage disease.
(2) through the indoor model test study found that geotextile by surrounding rock pressure, surface roughness and initial supporting clogging effects between the three factors and failed to play its actual effect; gravel covered in central ditches by silt plug, its permeability decreased seriously.
(3) was investigated by FLAC3D solid coupling problems in tunnel structure under wheel load flow analysis of tunnel bottom structure, porosity and on the influence of three factors on the pore water pressure, revealing the mechanism of tunnel pavement seepage caused structural damage and load.
(4) through an experimental study on the tunnel backing electric melting wax build new technology of drainage hole, this technique has the advantage of low cost, high efficiency to solve the drainage problem of tunnel initial support and two lining.
(5) taking a highway tunnel leakage disease treatment project as an example, through on-site investigation and detection, the causes of leakage disease were comprehensively analyzed, and the control measures and suggestions were put forward.
