【摘要】:水泥混凝土路面板的常见病害包括面板断裂破碎、路面变形、接缝剥落、脱空唧泥、坑洞等,而断裂破碎、错台坑洞等病害几乎都与板底脱空有关,表明水泥混凝土路面板脱空的维修和改造技术的研究至关重要。这方面的研究仅仅停留在早期的研究方法,而且部分理论研究的内容距应用实施还存在距离。因此,继续深入研究水泥混凝土路面板底脱空问题,重点研究分析板底脱空的检测方法、评价标准及处治技术等问题,对于水泥混凝土路面的进一步发展,,具有很大的经济效益和社会效益。 本文针对以上研究现状,依托四川省水泥混凝土路面大修关键技术科研课题展开分项研究,主要开展板底脱空检测理论、评定原则、处治工艺的效果方面的分析研究,具体内容如下: ①阐述了电磁波的传播特性和地质雷达的工作原理,提出旧水泥混凝土路面脱空雷达检测体系和方法,针对雷达检测板底脱空检测参数进行选择和设置,得出路面雷达检测板底脱空步骤。 ②通过研究探地雷达图像特征提取和目标识别理论方法,对检测获得的剖面图进行了数据处理和图像解释,提取正常路面和脱空路面的雷达剖面图特征。 ③对于地质雷达和规范推荐的弯沉检测脱空的方法,进行技术经济对比,表明雷达进行水泥混凝土路面脱空检测具有较好的工程应用效果。 ④从适用范围、技术要求、仪器参数、测试步骤方面提出雷达检测水泥混凝土板底脱空的推荐试验方法,得出雷达剖面图像识别脱空的判别标准。 ⑤提出两种适合路况的板底脱空处治技术:冲击破碎方案和MHB锤击破碎方案。通过对不同工艺的施工效果比较,提出板底脱空处治质量控制的指标和标准,得出各自的适用范围。
[Abstract]:The common diseases of cement concrete pavement include slab breakage, pavement deformation, joint spalling, voids, pothole, and so on. However, breakage, staggered pothole and other diseases are almost related to slab bottom void. It shows that the maintenance and reconstruction technology of cement concrete pavement slab is very important, and the research on this aspect is only in the early research methods. And part of the theoretical research is still far away from the application of the implementation. Therefore, continue to study the cement concrete pavement floor voids, focusing on the analysis of the detection method of slab floor voids. The evaluation standard and treatment technology have great economic and social benefits for the further development of cement concrete pavement. In view of the above research status this paper relies on the key technology of Sichuan cement concrete pavement overhaul scientific research to carry out a sub-research mainly to carry out the detection theory of slab bottom void evaluation principles. The analysis and research of the effect of treatment technology are as follows: The main contents are as follows: 1. The propagation characteristics of electromagnetic wave and the working principle of the ground penetrating radar are expounded. The detection system and method of the old cement concrete pavement void detection radar are put forward, and the parameters of the radar detection for the void detection of the slab bottom are selected and set. The steps of pavement radar detecting the void in the bottom of the board are obtained. (2) by studying the theory and method of GPR image feature extraction and target recognition, the data processing and image interpretation of the detected profile are carried out, and the radar profile features of normal road surface and empty pavement are extracted. (3) the comparison of technology and economy between GPR and the method recommended by the standard for detecting the void of deflection shows that the detection of void in cement concrete pavement by radar has good engineering application effect. (4) from the aspects of applicable range, technical requirements, instrument parameters and test steps, the recommended test method for radar detection of void in cement concrete slab is put forward, and the discriminant standard of radar profile image recognition is obtained. 5 put forward two kinds of plate bottom emptying treatment technology suitable for road condition: impact crushing scheme and MHB hammer crushing scheme, through the comparison of construction effect of different technology. The index and standard of quality control of plate bottom void treatment are put forward, and their respective applicable scope are obtained.
