【摘要】：港口企业是推动港口发展一个重要的助推力。一个优秀的港口企业应该具备长远的发展目光,能及时分析发展环境,做出有针对性的发展对策,积极调整资源配置,提高生产经营效率,促进自身及港口的快速发展。为了尽可能高效地完成这一使命,港口企业的发展需要正确的战略对策进行支持与引导。太平湾码头作为大连港集团重点打造的新生代港口企业,正处于最佳发展阶段,需要正确的战略思想作指导,制定相应的发展对策。 本文将以太平湾码头为研究对象,通过分析该港口企业发展现状发现存在的问题、通过定性与定量相结合的方法分析货运需求、通过SWOT模型分析发展环境,从而有针对性地提出发展对策。
[Abstract]:Port enterprise is an important booster to promote port development. An excellent port enterprise should have long-term development vision, can analyze the development environment in time, and make targeted development countermeasures. Actively adjust the allocation of resources, improve the efficiency of production and operation, and promote the rapid development of itself and the port. In order to complete this mission as efficiently as possible. The development of port enterprises needs to be supported and guided by correct strategic countermeasures. As a new generation of port enterprises, Taiping Bay Wharf is in the best stage of development. Need the correct strategic thought as the guidance, formulate the corresponding development countermeasure. This article will take the Taiping Bay wharf as the research object, through the analysis the port enterprise development present situation to discover the existence question, through the qualitative and the quantitative method analysis freight transport demand. The development environment is analyzed by SWOT model, and the development countermeasures are put forward.
