【摘要】:随着社会经济的发展和人民生活水平的提高、城市化和机动化的加快,我国城市尤其是山地城市面临越来越严峻的交通拥堵、环境污染和高能耗等问题。为缓解这些问题,我国提出构建“公交都市”的战略设想,并在全国十多个城市进行试点建设。针对山地城市不同于一般平原城市的特性,探讨基于“公交都市”下山地城市交通方式结构的优化,对缓解山地城市交通问题、指导城市交通科学规划、促进城市的持续发展具有十分重要的意义。 本文首先分析了公交都市的内涵特征,归纳了公交都市的建设标准和发展目标,总结了公交都市的发展策略;其次,分析了城市交通方式构成和特性以及影响城市交通方式结构的因素,总结出公交都市下的交通方式的构成指标;再次,分析了山地城市的交通特性,对典型公交都市下的山地城市香港的公共交通发展现状进行分析,总结归纳出山地城市“公交都市”的发展经验与路径;然后,根据山地城市的交通出行所存在的问题以及山地城市和公交都市的特点,以人均能耗最小、出行可达性最佳为目标,以居民需求和路网容量等因素为约束条件建立了基于“公交都市”的山地城市交通方式结构优化模型;最后,以典型山地城市重庆市主城区为例进行分析应用。 案例应用分析结果表明,本文基于“公交都市”的山地城市交通方式结构特征分析及建立的优化模型,不仅反应了山地城市的基本特征,,同时满足了“公交都市”下交通方式结构发展指标和可持续发展的要求,对我国山地城市发展建设“公交都市”具有一定的理论与技术指导作用。
[Abstract]:With the development of social economy and the improvement of people's living standard, urbanization and motorization are speeding up, the cities in our country, especially the mountainous cities, are facing more and more severe traffic jam. Environmental pollution and high energy consumption. In order to alleviate these problems, our country put forward the strategic idea of constructing "public transportation city". In the light of the characteristics of mountainous cities different from those of plain cities, this paper discusses the optimization of urban traffic mode structure based on "public transportation city". It is of great significance to alleviate the traffic problems in mountainous cities, to guide the scientific planning of urban traffic and to promote the sustainable development of cities. This paper first analyzes the connotation characteristics of the public transport city, summarizes the construction standards and development goals of the public transport city, and summarizes the development strategy of the public transport city. Secondly, the composition and characteristics of urban traffic mode and the factors influencing the structure of urban traffic mode are analyzed, and the composition index of traffic mode under public transportation is summarized. Thirdly, it analyzes the traffic characteristics of mountainous cities, analyzes the current situation of the development of public transport in hilly cities under the typical public transport cities, and sums up the experiences and paths of the development of "public transport cities" in mountainous cities. Then, according to the problems existing in mountain cities and the characteristics of mountain cities and public transport cities, the goal is the minimum per capita energy consumption and the best travel accessibility. Based on the demand of the residents and the capacity of the road network, the optimization model of the traffic mode structure of the mountainous cities is established based on the "public transportation city". Finally, taking the typical mountainous city as an example, the paper analyzes and applies it. The result of case analysis shows that the analysis and optimization model based on "public transportation city" not only reflect the basic characteristics of mountain city. At the same time, it meets the development index of traffic mode structure and the requirement of sustainable development under "public transportation city", which has certain theoretical and technical guiding function for the development and construction of "public transportation city" in mountainous cities of our country.
