【摘要】:伴随着我国经济的蓬勃发展,工程建设的飞速增长,桩基在高层建筑,桥梁工程中的应用是越来越广泛,在基础处理中占了相当大的比例,其中承载力高、造价成本低、施工简单快捷的钻孔灌注桩被越来越多的工程所应用。 与此同时,钻孔灌注桩在工程中的大批应用也表现出许多不足,由于其为隐蔽工程,很难直接确定桩基础的工程质量,一旦出现质量问题,将会严重影响上部结构的安全。因此在桩基的施工过程中我们必须严格控制质量。 但目前由于施工单位残次不齐的素质,,导致相应的控制措施不是很好,容易造成桩基质量的不稳定,这样对工程质量造成很大的影响,还会增大投资,严重的,甚至会威胁国家和人民的生命财产安全。 本论文根据钻孔灌注桩的施工特点,查阅大量相应的资料,首先提出了工程质量控制的理论知识,并论述了工程质量控制的原则和内容。随后对钻孔灌注桩的施工工艺、影响因素、缺陷问题以及钻孔灌注桩施工过程质量控制等方面进行分析和论述,找出影响钻孔灌注桩质量控制的主要原因和影响因素。通过对控制图法、因果分析法、层次分析法、模糊评价法进行分析比较,引出可拓综合评价法。可拓综合评价法是可拓学理论的实际应用形式之一,可将定性进行量化,进行综合评价。本论文通过对钻孔灌注桩施工工艺及影响因素分析,并结合国家相关规范标准和质量控制的相关内容和要求,最终确定19个评价指标。构造可拓综合评价法的数学模型,以郑徐客专徐州特大桥715#-7#的施工情况为实例,对该桩基的质量控制进行评价。随后又选择了2处不同的桩基参数并对其质量控制进行综合评价。最终针对评价结果,提出了该桩基质量控制的相关措施。 可拓综合评价法已被较多地应用于各项质量工程的评价中,同样也可以应用到钻孔灌注桩质量控制中。它弥补了仅通过桩基检测来评价桩基质量的不足,将影响桩基质量控制的主要因素进行量化处理,并建立数学模型,具有较强的实际应用意义。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of China's economy, the rapid growth of engineering construction, pile foundation in high-rise building application in bridge engineering is more and more widely, in the foundation process accounted for a large proportion, which has high bearing capacity, low cost, simple and quick construction of bored piles are more and more engineering application.
At the same time, a large number of bored pile in engineering application also showed many shortcomings, because of the hidden works, it is difficult to directly determine the pile foundation engineering quality, if quality problems arise, it will seriously affect the safety of the upper structure. So we must strictly control the quality in the construction process of pile foundation.
But because of the current construction units defective uneven quality, leading to the corresponding control measures is not very good, easy to cause the quality of pile foundation is not stable, it has great impact on the quality of the project, will increase investment, serious, or even a threat to the country and people's life and property safety.
This paper is based on the construction features of bored pile, access to a large number of relevant data, first put forward the theory of knowledge engineering, quality control, and discusses the principle and content of the project quality control. Then the construction process of bored pile, influencing factors, problems and defects of bored pile construction process quality control and analysis discussion, find out the main factors cause quality control of bored pile effect and influence. Based on the control chart method, causal analysis, AHP, fuzzy evaluation method of comparative analysis, leads to the extension comprehensive evaluation method. Comprehensive evaluation method is one of the practical application form of extenics theory, it can be used quantitative and comprehensive evaluation. Through the analysis of the factors of the construction technology and effect of bored pile, and combined with the relevant national standards and norms related content and quality control requirements Finally, to determine the 19 evaluation indexes. The construction of mathematical model of extension comprehensive evaluation method, to the construction of Zheng Xu passenger dedicated Xuzhou bridge 715#-7# as an example, to evaluate the quality of the pile foundation. The control then chose 2 different pile parameters and comprehensive evaluation of the quality control for the final. The evaluation results, put forward relevant measures to control the quality of the pile foundation.
Comprehensive evaluation method has been widely used in the evaluation of the quality of the project, can also be applied to the quality control of bored pile. It overcomes the shortcoming of only through pile testing to evaluate the quality of pile foundation, the main influencing factors of pile foundation quality control is quantified, and the mathematical model has strong the practical application significance.
