【摘要】:本论文针对北京市平谷区农村公路修筑的实际情况,提出了由纤维微表处和高粘改性乳化改性沥青同步碎石封层构成的路面,这是一种价格低廉、技术成熟、性价比较高的路面结构。这种路面结构具有施工速度快、节能环保、综合效益好等特点。该技术用于农村公路时,可明显改善路面的路用性能,延长路面使用寿命。本文针对封层使用过程中存在的问题,结合工程应用实例,从封层施工技术中的材料选择、混合料技术指标、配合比设计方法、施工机械的技术要求、施工工艺、施工质量检测等方面进行了分析和总结,为此种封层施工提供了技术指导和借鉴。本论文的研究成果实用、针对性强。不仅对于北京市加快农村公路基础设施建设和实际工程实践的具有指导意义,而且也可以作为其他地区乃至全国农村公路路面结构的借鉴和参考,对于充分利用地方筑路资源、节省工程造价和养护费用,提高路面设计质量和路面使用品质、延长路面使用寿命具有重要的现实意义和使用价值。
[Abstract]:According to the actual situation of rural highway construction in Pinggu District of Beijing, this paper puts forward the pavement composed of fiber micro-surfacing and high viscosity modified emulsified asphalt synchronous macadam sealing layer, which is a kind of low price and mature technology. The pavement structure with high performance-price ratio has the characteristics of fast construction speed, energy saving and environmental protection, good comprehensive benefit and so on. When the technology is used in rural highway, it can obviously improve the road performance of road surface. This paper aims at the problems existing in the course of using the sealing layer, combining with the engineering application example, from the material selection, the mixture technical index and the mix ratio design method in the construction technology of the sealing layer. The technical requirements, construction technology, construction quality testing and other aspects of the construction machinery are analyzed and summarized, which provides technical guidance and reference for the construction of this kind of sealing layer. The research results of this paper are practical. It not only has the guiding significance for speeding up the rural highway infrastructure construction and the actual engineering practice in Beijing, but also can be used as reference and reference for other regions and even the whole country. It has important practical significance and use value for making full use of local road construction resources, saving engineering cost and maintenance cost, improving pavement design quality and pavement use quality, and prolonging pavement service life.
