【摘要】:压实是沥青路面施工中的关键环节,压实质量的好坏直接关系着施工质量的好坏,良好的压实效果能大大提高沥青路面的路用性能及使用寿命。压实质量与沥青混合料配合比、压实温度、压实机具组合密切相关,要确保沥青路面的碾压质量,就必须对上述影响因素进行研究。因此,本文从研究沥青混合料摊铺层在不同环境下表现出的温度变化情况的角度出发对沥青混合料碾压工艺进行探讨。不同类型的沥青混合料在不同环境条件下会表现出不同的温度变化规律,基于此,本文中主要选择了沥青路面施工中比较常用的AC-13、SMA-13、ATB-30三种沥青混合料进行研究。首先研究分析各型压路机压实原理及影响压实质量的各个参数,分析在三条不同高速公路施工应用的压实机具组合方案;其次通过室内模拟,分别对三种沥青混合料在气温、摊铺厚度、风速等影响因素不同情况下的降温规律进行检测,得出不同环境条件下三种类型沥青混合料所表现出的降温速率及摊铺层内外温差;分析AC-13在施工现场的热量传递情况,得出摊铺层上空气、下承层、基层等各部分在各个时间点上接收的来自摊铺层的热量情况,通过“能量守恒定律”得出沥青混合料摊铺层温度随时间变化的方程,并同近似环境条件下的室内检测结果进行对比验证;通过进行室内马歇尔实验,得出AC-13、SMA-13在不同击实温度下的体积参数,进行有效压实时间的预估,并根据拌合楼、摊铺机、压路机等设备工作效率,进行压实机具的组织;研究分析转运摊铺及双层摊铺两种新工艺对沥青混合料摊铺层温降规律及压实特性的改善情况,分析其应用前景。
[Abstract]:Compaction is a key link in the construction of asphalt pavement, compaction quality directly influences the quality of the construction of good compaction effect can greatly improve the asphalt pavement performance and service life. With the ratio of compaction temperature and compaction quality of Asphalt Mixture Compaction Machine with combination of closely related, to ensure that the asphalt pavement compaction the quality, it is necessary to study the influence of the above factors. Therefore, this paper studies the asphalt mixture paving layer temperature change in different environments show the point of view of Asphalt Mixture Compaction Technology of asphalt mixture. Different types of material under different environmental conditions may exhibit different temperature variation, based on this, this paper choose AC-13, commonly used in asphalt pavement construction of SMA-13, ATB-30 three kinds of asphalt mixture is studied. Firstly, analysis of various types of roller The compaction principle and influence parameters of compaction quality, the analysis in the three different application of highway construction compaction equipment combination scheme; secondly through indoor simulation of three kinds of asphalt mixture in the temperature, paving thickness, cooling regularity of wind speed impact under different conditions were detected, obtained under different environmental conditions of three types the asphalt mixture exhibited by the cooling rate and paving layer temperature difference; analysis of AC-13 at the construction site of the heat transfer, the paving layer on the air, the under layer, each part of the grass-roots reception at each time point from the paving layer of the heat, through the "energy conservation law" that asphalt mixture paving layer temperature change with time and the results of laboratory detection equation, with similar environmental conditions was verified through laboratory experiment; Marshall, the AC-13, SMA-13 The volume parameters under different compaction temperatures, prediction of the effective compaction time, and according to the mixing, paver, roller and other equipment working efficiency, compaction machinery organization; analysis the improvement of paving and double layer paving two kinds of new technology on the asphalt mixture paving layer temperature drop the regularity and compaction characteristics, analyzes its application prospect.
