【摘要】:斜拉桥以其柔美的造型及巨大的跨越能力成为大跨径桥型的重要组成部分,混合梁斜拉桥的出现进一步增大了斜拉桥的竞争力。混合梁斜拉桥是指主梁沿长度方向由两种不同材料建造的斜拉桥,通常说来,主跨采用钢材而边跨采用的是混凝土材料。随着时代的发展,人们对桥梁审美也提出了新要求,于是,各种造型奇特新颖的异形斜拉桥应运而生。这些斜拉桥虽然外形美观,但是受力十分复杂。 本文以某在建拱形斜塔斜拉桥为研究背景,该斜拉桥主梁为混合梁,主塔为倾斜混合塔,受力复杂。采用MIDAS/CIVIL软件建立全桥有限元模型,分析最大悬臂施工阶段主塔的受力及变形情况。同时,分析成桥阶段各种荷载如移动荷载、温度荷载等对主塔的影响以及各种荷载组合下主塔的受力和变形情况。采用ANSYS软件建立主塔的局部模型,,分析在自重、预应力以及最大索力作用下主塔的应力分布情况、变形的规律。分析结果表明在施工及成桥阶段,主塔受力均满足要求,分析结果也为施工以及后期荷载试验健康检测等提供了参考和依据。
[Abstract]:The cable-stayed bridge has become an important part of the long-span bridge with its soft shape and huge span ability. The emergence of hybrid girder cable-stayed bridge further increases the competitiveness of cable-stayed bridge. Hybrid girder cable-stayed bridge is a cable-stayed bridge whose main beam is constructed by two different materials along the direction of length, generally speaking. The main span is made of steel and the side span is made of concrete material. With the development of the times, people have put forward new requirements for bridge aesthetics. All kinds of exotic cable-stayed bridges come into being. Although the cable-stayed bridges are beautiful in appearance, the forces are very complicated. In this paper, a cable-stayed bridge with arch tower under construction is taken as the research background. The main beam of the cable-stayed bridge is a hybrid beam and the main tower is a tilted hybrid tower, and the force is complex. The finite element model of the whole bridge is established by using MIDAS/CIVIL software. The stress and deformation of the main tower in the stage of maximum cantilever construction are analyzed. At the same time, various loads such as moving load in the stage of bridge construction are analyzed. The influence of temperature load on the main tower and the stress and deformation of the main tower under various load combinations. The local model of the main tower is established by using ANSYS software, and the weight of the main tower is analyzed. The stress distribution and deformation law of the main tower under the action of prestress and maximum cable force. The analysis results show that the stress of the main tower meets the requirements in the construction and bridge stage. The results also provide reference and basis for construction and later load test.
