【摘要】:伴随着市场竞争的加剧,企业的正常发展离不开自身管理方法和管理体制的改变,路灯企业作为第三方承建单位提供路灯工程的建设服务,需要在不断变化的市场环境下对自身的业务进行不断的调整,以适应更加快捷、更加方便的提供路灯服务的市场环境。如何更好地完成路灯工程的施工,把握好施工中的质量控制、成本、进度管理,在实现施工企业的效益最大化的同时,尽早地按业主要求将路灯工程建成并投入使用,使其发挥良好的社会效益,这是每个路灯工程施工企业所必须考虑的问题。只有这样,才能使得企业加快发展速度和扩大规模,才能应对竞争环境的急剧变化,才能适应不断提高的客户要求。业务流程重组优化和管理是当前企业管理方式改革的重要捷径,因此路灯企业改变企业管理方式的捷径同样是对自身业务流程进行优化。 本文从金华八达路灯有限责任公司的现状出发,对企业的路灯工程流程优化进行研究。首先介绍了项目管理以及业务流程优化的相关理论,接下来介绍了金华八达公司所在的金华市环境,并对流程优化前金华八达公司的路灯工程管理流程进行了分析和介绍,指出了改造前金华八达公司路灯工程存在的问题,对金华八达公司路灯工程现有流程进行了分析,并依照相关原则对公司的路灯管理流程进行了优化,选取了相应的信息管理系统,最后对流程优化后的效果进行了分析。最后对路灯工程流程优化效果评价进行了研究,从流程优化对企业经营目标的适应性、对企业组织战略的适应性以及对企业运营环境的适应性三个部分建立了评价的指标体系,并选取应用较广的、能够很好的结合主客观分析方法的层次分析法作为确定各个指标权重的评价方法,通过专家打分方法对金华八达公司路灯工程流程优化效果进行了评价。最后通过金华八达公司路灯工程流程优化的实际经验给出了相关的建议。

This article from the status quo of Jinhua Bada lamp limited liability company based on street project business process optimization. First introduced the project management and the related theory of business process optimization, then introduced the Jinhua Bada company located in Jinhua City, environment, and process optimization of convective Street project management process before Jinhua Bada company is analyzed and introduction, pointed out that the transformation of the former Jinhua Bada company streetlight project problems of Jinhua Bada company existing street project process is analyzed, and in accordance with the relevant principles of road lamp on the company's management process is optimized, the corresponding information management system, at the end of the process the effect of optimization is analyzed. Finally the evaluation the effect of optimizing engineering process is studied from the street, process optimization of enterprise objective adaptability to adapt to the enterprise strategy And the business environment adaptability of three part of the establishment of the evaluation index system, and select the widely used, can be a good combination of subjective and objective analysis method of AHP as the evaluation method to determine the weights of the various indicators, through the expert scoring method of optimization effect of streetlight project process of Jinhua Bada company were evaluated. Finally through the process optimization of streetlight project Jinhua Bada company's actual experience related recommendations are given.
