【摘要】:城镇化的发展促使中小城市成为经济发展的重点,而历史遗留问题严重的老城区则成为重中之重。先天基础设施的不足,缺乏科学合理的用地规划,机动车数量的急剧增加,停车意识的薄弱以及管理部门责任落实不到位使得中小城市老城区内停车系统虽然未达到无法调解的地步,但供需的时间和空间方面的矛盾已逐渐暴露。 本论文借助《如东县综合交通规划》项目实例研究,利用定性分析和定量预测的方式通过以下工作,在了解中小城市老城区交通特性的基础上给予停车方面的规划建议。 ①根据我国城市发展现状,更新中小城市的最新定义,同时依据先进经验为老城区的范围给予可靠的界定方式。在此基础上宏观了解研究对象在居民用地和商业用地的开发现状以及基于用地特征该采取相应的差别化管理措施。 ②综合分析中小城市老城区在居民保有停车位、上班通勤停车位以及弹性出行停车位的现状特征以及城市道路在交通系统中对停车问题的矛盾影响。由此深入分析老城区停车问题在交通特性、人口居住分布、人口就业分布等城市综合系统反映出的端倪,从而化整为零的缓解停车矛盾。 ③在定性分析的基础上,,利用主成分分析的减维特性将中小城市老城区停车影响因素精炼化,并利用神经网络的多次训练预测未来年停车需求的增长趋势,并验证了城市发展规律,根据城市商业中心、就业中心以及居住中心的相对偏移,制定出不仅立足于当下,同时又放眼于未来的停车管理措施和政策。
[Abstract]:The development of urbanization makes small and medium-sized cities become the focus of economic development, while the old urban areas with serious historical problems become the top priority. The lack of congenital infrastructure, lack of scientific and reasonable land use planning. The rapid increase in the number of motor vehicles, the weak sense of parking, as well as the implementation of the responsibility of the management department is not in place, although the parking system in the old urban areas of small and medium-sized cities has not reached the point of mediation. But the contradiction of time and space between supply and demand has been gradually exposed. In this paper, with the aid of the project of "integrated traffic planning in Rudong County", the qualitative analysis and quantitative prediction are used in the following work. On the basis of understanding the traffic characteristics of the old urban areas of small and medium-sized cities, the planning suggestions on parking are given. 1 according to the current situation of urban development in China, update the latest definition of small and medium-sized cities. At the same time, according to the advanced experience, it gives a reliable way to define the scope of the old urban area. On this basis, we can understand the present situation of the research object in the development of residential land and commercial land and the corresponding differentiation based on the characteristics of the land. Management measures. 2 Comprehensive analysis of the old urban area of small and medium-sized cities to retain parking space in residents. The current characteristics of commute parking spaces and flexible travel parking spaces and the contradictory influence of urban roads on parking problems in the traffic system are analyzed in detail. Thus, the traffic characteristics and population residential distribution of parking problems in old urban areas are deeply analyzed. Urban comprehensive system such as population employment distribution reflects the clue, thus relieves parking contradiction in a piecemeal way. 3 on the basis of qualitative analysis, the main component analysis is used to refine the influencing factors of parking in the old urban area of small and medium-sized cities, and the increasing trend of parking demand in the future is predicted by the multiple training of neural network. According to the relative deviation of the city commercial center, employment center and residence center, the parking management measures and policies are not only based on the present, but also focused on the future.
