【摘要】:采用传统技术施工,施工车辆会对已铺筑半刚性基层沥青路面结构强度的形成产生重要影响,若公路在面层铺筑完成后急于开放交通,半刚性基层就无法达到设计强度,进而造成路面早期破坏。针对此问题,本文提出了一种新颖的施工技术--异步连续摊铺技术,以期提高半刚性基层沥青路面的使用寿命。 主要研究内容共分五部分:(1)对沥青路面结构形式、路面材料及半刚性强度形成早期内车辆特征进行了调查分析,为研究施工期间车辆对路面结构影响及半刚性基层摊铺方案提供了技术参数。(2)通过室内试验,系统研究了不同配合比的石灰土、水泥稳定碎石、二灰稳定碎石等半刚性基层材料的无侧限抗压强度、劈裂强度、抗压回弹模量等路用性能随龄期的变化规律。(3)运用力学软件定量分析了异步连续摊铺过程中,轴载、半刚性基层龄期、基层模量等因素对路面结构的影响,给出了基层层底拉应力的分布规律。(4)结合力学分析结果,同时考虑到现有施工机械的性能,对异步连续摊铺技术的施工工艺进行了的研究,,提出了半刚性基层异步连续摊铺方案。(5)采用异步连续摊铺技术铺设了试验路,并在底基层底预埋了应变片用于检测路面底基层底拉应力,同时对传统技术和异步连续摊铺技术经济效益进行了对比分析,异步连续摊铺经济效益明显。
[Abstract]:With the traditional technology construction, the construction vehicles will have an important impact on the formation of the structural strength of the semi-rigid base asphalt pavement, if the highway after the completion of pavement construction is eager to open up traffic. The semi-rigid base can not reach the design strength, and then cause the early destruction of pavement. In order to solve this problem, this paper puts forward a novel construction technology-asynchronous continuous paving technology. In order to improve the service life of semi-rigid base asphalt pavement. The main research contents are divided into five parts: (1) investigation and analysis of asphalt pavement structure, pavement materials and semi-rigid strength in the early stage of vehicle characteristics. In order to study the influence of vehicles on pavement structure and the paving scheme of semi-rigid base during construction, the paper systematically studied lime soil with different mix ratio and cement stabilized crushed stone through laboratory test. The unconfined compressive strength and splitting strength of semi-rigid base materials such as lime-fly ash stabilized macadam and other semi-rigid base materials. The variation rule of compressive resilience modulus and other road performance with age. (3) using mechanical software to quantitatively analyze the age of axial load and semi-rigid base during the process of asynchronous continuous spreading. The influence of the basic modulus and other factors on the pavement structure is given. The distribution law of the tensile stress of the base layer is given. 4) combined with the results of mechanical analysis, and the performance of the existing construction machinery is taken into account at the same time. This paper studies the construction technology of asynchronous continuous paving technology, and puts forward the asynchronous continuous paving scheme of semi-rigid base course. Strain gauges are embedded in the bottom of the base to detect the tensile stress of the bottom of the pavement. The economic benefits of the traditional technology and the asynchronous continuous spreading technology are compared and analyzed. The economic benefit of the asynchronous continuous spreading is obvious.
