【摘要】：随着国内旅游产业的蓬勃发展，游艇和游艇码头产业也得到迅猛发展，结果导致更多的民间资本注入。在这样良好的背景下，混凝土浮箱产业也随之兴起。目前，相关研究机构与企业都加大混凝土浮箱的研究力度。一些企业已经研发出质量可靠的产品，但也存在一定的缺陷，比如混凝土耐久性不良，使用寿命与同类产品相比无优势。所以混凝土浮箱还处于萌芽期，具有很大的发展潜力。 本文对国内外游艇行业和游艇码头行业现状进行了研究，通过多种途径，比如从中国知网，中国交通运输协会游艇分会，浮箱企业等，收集相关的资料和图表数据，获得了最新的行业资料和数据。在这个基础上，得出浮箱产业发展趋势，并通过与企业合作，，提出一种新型的高性能混凝土浮箱生产方法。确定了新型浮箱材料、混凝土复合浮箱产品以及经济等指标。 新型的混凝土浮箱材料技术指标：混凝土部分（抗压强度：C50、抗裂性：L-Ⅴ、抗冻等级：F350、抗渗等级：P12、氯离子渗透系数：≤4×10-12m2/s）、内核泡沫（15Kg/m3）、 防腐性能（所用钢材均经过镀锌处理，厚度0.18～0.30mm、混凝土表面外涂2mm厚硅烷涂料）。混凝土复合浮箱产品技术指标：产品重量偏差（±2%）、尺寸偏差（长±5mm、宽±5mm、高±5mm）、浮力平衡（高低差≤20mm）、吸水率（小于6%）、浮力大于相应规格浮箱的设计浮力。
