【摘要】:随着国内旅游产业的蓬勃发展,游艇和游艇码头产业也得到迅猛发展,结果导致更多的民间资本注入。在这样良好的背景下,混凝土浮箱产业也随之兴起。目前,相关研究机构与企业都加大混凝土浮箱的研究力度。一些企业已经研发出质量可靠的产品,但也存在一定的缺陷,比如混凝土耐久性不良,使用寿命与同类产品相比无优势。所以混凝土浮箱还处于萌芽期,具有很大的发展潜力。 本文对国内外游艇行业和游艇码头行业现状进行了研究,通过多种途径,比如从中国知网,中国交通运输协会游艇分会,浮箱企业等,收集相关的资料和图表数据,获得了最新的行业资料和数据。在这个基础上,得出浮箱产业发展趋势,并通过与企业合作,,提出一种新型的高性能混凝土浮箱生产方法。确定了新型浮箱材料、混凝土复合浮箱产品以及经济等指标。 新型的混凝土浮箱材料技术指标:混凝土部分(抗压强度:C50、抗裂性:L-Ⅴ、抗冻等级:F350、抗渗等级:P12、氯离子渗透系数:≤4×10-12m2/s)、内核泡沫(15Kg/m3)、 防腐性能(所用钢材均经过镀锌处理,厚度0.18~0.30mm、混凝土表面外涂2mm厚硅烷涂料)。混凝土复合浮箱产品技术指标:产品重量偏差(±2%)、尺寸偏差(长±5mm、宽±5mm、高±5mm)、浮力平衡(高低差≤20mm)、吸水率(小于6%)、浮力大于相应规格浮箱的设计浮力。
