【摘要】:大跨高墩连续刚构桥因其受力明确、行车顺畅、施工技术成熟等特点而得到广泛采用,是山区高速公路跨越深沟、河流的主要桥梁形式,并朝着高墩、大跨、轻柔方向发展。在薄壁高墩桥梁中,结构的稳定问题变得日益突出,在大跨径高墩桥梁中具有特别重要的意义。连续刚构桥是多次超静定结构,由于其长期处于自然环境中,受到太阳辐射等温度变化的影响,会使其产生较大的应力和变形,甚至导致桥梁产生严重的破坏造成重大桥梁事故。因此,对连续刚构桥进行稳定问题和温度效应问题分析是十分有必要的。 桥墩型式直接影响到结构的稳定性和结构的受力性能,有必要对高柔性墩的一些特性和计算方法作深入研究。本文以涪陵沙塘坝大桥为工程背景,针对上述问题作了以下研究: ①对大跨高墩连续刚构桥桥墩在施工过程中的稳定性进行理论分析,讨论两类稳定问题及其临界荷载值的几种求解方法和稳定问题的判别准则。 ②通过结构有限元计算,,对比分析不同截面型式高墩连续刚构桥施工过程中的桥墩竣工和最大悬臂两个施工阶段在自重和外力作用下的稳定性。 ③通过理论分析和结构有限元计算,对比分析不同截面型式高墩连续刚构桥成桥后在整体温变荷载作用下的线形和应力情况。 ④通过理论分析和结构有限元计算,对比分析不同截面型式高墩连续刚构桥成桥后在主梁温度梯度荷载和桥墩温度梯度荷载作用下的线形和应力情况。
[Abstract]:Continuous rigid frame bridge with long span and high pier is widely used because of its clear force, smooth running and mature construction technology. It is the main bridge form of mountain expressway crossing deep ditch and river, and facing high pier and long span. In the thin-walled high-pier bridge, the stability problem of the structure becomes increasingly prominent, and has a special significance in the long-span high-pier bridge. The continuous rigid frame bridge is a multi-statically indeterminate structure. Because it is in the natural environment for a long time and is affected by temperature change such as solar radiation, it will produce greater stress and deformation, and even cause serious damage to the bridge and cause serious bridge accidents. It is necessary to analyze the stability problem and temperature effect of continuous rigid frame bridge. The type of pier directly affects the stability of the structure and the mechanical performance of the structure. It is necessary to deeply study some characteristics and calculation methods of the high flexible pier. This paper takes Fuling ShaTangba Bridge as the engineering background. The following studies were carried out in response to the above: The main contents are as follows: (1) the stability of pier of long-span and high-pier continuous rigid frame bridge during construction is theoretically analyzed, and the two kinds of stability problems and their critical load value are discussed, and the criterion of stability problem is discussed. (2) through the finite element calculation of the structure, the stability of the piers completed and the maximum cantilever in the construction process of the continuous rigid frame bridge with high piers of different cross-section types under the action of deadweight and external force is analyzed. (3) through theoretical analysis and structural finite element calculation, the linear and stress conditions of continuous rigid frame bridge with high piers with different cross-sections under the action of global temperature varying load are compared and analyzed. (4) through theoretical analysis and structural finite element calculation, the alignment and stress of continuous rigid frame bridge with high piers with different cross-sections under the action of temperature gradient load of main beam and temperature gradient load of pier are compared and analyzed.
