【摘要】:为适应我国高速公路建设日益向沥青路面维修养护方向转移的发展趋势,沥青路面大修养护建设已引起国内外的广泛关注。但目前对大修方案决策未建立起规范和统一的决策工作流程,推荐方案多根据决策者经验定性的确定,缺少方案评估指标和定量的方案优选计算方法,在一定程度上制约着大修养护事业的发展。因此,针对当前大修工程决策随意性大的现状,加强和规范沥青路面大修设计与方案决策研究具有重要的现实意义。 在现场调查和文献检索的基础上,总结了面临大修的沥青路面主要病害种类和特点,提出路面使用性能评价指标和标准。根据路况评价结果,总结了不同指标标准下的维修对策,为大修候选方案的确定提供依据。 总结分析国内外常用大修方案的适用性和设计方法,详细介绍了沥青路面加铺方案、翻修方案和再生方案三种典型大修方案的特点、适用性和设计方法,为路面大修候选方案设计和方案评估工作奠定基础。结合工程实例,进行大修方案决策和选择方法的分析,指出目前在确定路面大修工程推荐方案时存在的选择问题。基于此,提出大修方案选择方法设计过程中拟解决关键点。 参考大量研究资料,论证了采用多属性决策法作为大修方案选择方法的可行性,从确定可行候选方案、提出大修方案评估指标、确定评估指标的权重三个方面进行了大修方案选择方法的研究,建立了多属性决策法确定大修推荐方案的工作流程图。 基于大修工程实例方案分析,从经济、技术、效益和可行性四方面提出了沥青路面大修工程方案评估指标,采用层次分析法确定了沥青路面大修方案评估指标的权重。最终提出沥青路面大修方案的优选方法,并进行了示例应用。 通过量化的沥青路面大修方案优选方法,,采用科学的数值计算,简化沥青路面大修方案选择过程,在大修方案选择过程提供了有效的数据依据,从真正意义上达到大修方案优选的技术可行性、可靠性和科学性,对完善道路大修方案决策研究和提高道路大修技术水平具有重大意义。
[Abstract]:In order to adapt to the development trend of the highway construction in our country are transferring to the direction of maintenance of asphalt pavement, asphalt pavement maintenance construction has attracted wide attention both at home and abroad. But the overhaul decision did not set up a standardized and unified decision-making process, the recommended scheme is determined according to the experience of decision makers more qualitative, lack of calculation method of optimal scheme project evaluation index and quantitative, to a certain extent restricts the development of overhaul maintenance enterprises. Therefore, in view of the current situation of the arbitrariness of the overhaul project decision-making, strengthen and has important practical significance to research on asphalt pavement design specification and project decision overhaul.
Based on field investigation and literature research, summarizes the main diseases of asphalt pavement overhaul face types and characteristics, put forward the pavement performance evaluation index and standard. Based on the evaluation results, summarizes the different indexes under the standard maintenance strategy, and provide the basis for the overhaul of candidate solutions.
Summarize the applicability analysis and design methods commonly used at home and abroad overhaul scheme, detailed scheme and paving asphalt pavement, characteristics of three typical overhaul plan revision scheme and regeneration scheme, applicability and design method for pavement design and evaluation of candidate scheme foundation. Combined with the engineering example, analysis of overhaul plan decision and the selection methods, and points out that the selection of problems in determining pavement recommending. Based on this, puts forward the repairing scheme selection method in the design process to solve the key point.
Reference to a large number of data, demonstrates the feasibility of using multiple attribute decision making method for overhaul scheme selection method, from determining the feasible alternatives proposed overhaul scheme evaluation index, the choice of methods overhaul plan three aspects to determine the weight of evaluation index is established to determine the flow chart of overhaul the recommended scheme of multi attribute decision making method.
Based on the analysis, examples of program overhaul project from the economic, technology, four aspects of efficiency and feasibility of proposed evaluation index of asphalt pavement overhaul engineering scheme, using AHP to determine the weights of assessment indexes of asphalt pavement overhaul scheme. Finally put forward the optimization method of repairing scheme of asphalt pavement, and the application example.
Through the optimization method of asphalt pavement overhaul scheme to quantify, using scientific numerical calculation, simplified asphalt pavement overhaul scheme selection process, the selection process in the overhaul scheme provides effective data for the technical feasibility, from the real sense to overhaul scheme optimization, reliability and scientific, to improve and improve the decision-making research is of great significance the overhaul project of road technical level of road overhaul.
