【摘要】:针对黏土块在管道中随泥浆运移时易溶崩破碎的特点,以扬州瘦西湖黏土为研究对象,室内试验与现场施工情况相结合,对黏土块的溶崩破碎特性进行了试验研究。结果表明,黏土块的溶崩破碎程度与黏土块浸泡的泥浆密度、浸泡时间、外加水流冲击及切削作用等关系紧密。黏土块在排浆管中运移时不会完全溶崩破碎,经过流水搬运和相互间的反复翻滚摩擦、碰撞,一部分溶崩后变为泥浆,一部分形成圆浑状的黏土块排出。对黏土块的室内试验结果与实际工程结果做了较为全面的对比,分析了结果差异及原因。
[Abstract]:The Clay Lumps in the pipeline with mud Yunyishiyi solution collapse broken, Slender West Lake in Yangzhou clay as the research object, indoor test and site construction conditions for the combination of clay solution collapse crushing characteristics were studied. The results showed that the fragmentation degree of solution collapse and clay soaked mud density, clay soaking time and water flow impact and cutting effect closely. Clay in the slurry discharging pipe transport will not collapse completely dissolved after crushing, water handling and the repeated rolling friction, collision, a part of solution collapse into the mud, a part of clay blocks form a rounded like discharge. Laboratory testing results of viscosity clod and practical engineering and compared comprehensively, analyzed the differences and reasons.
