【摘要】:钢混组合梁是在钢筋混凝土结构与钢结构的基础上发展出来的一种新型组合结构,,它充分利用了钢材的抗拉性能与混凝土的抗压性能,具有自重小、承载能力高、刚度大、节约材料、施工方便迅速等特点,被广泛应用在桥梁工程建设之中。尽管国内外许多学者对钢混组合梁进行了大量的研究工作,但是,针对使用螺栓连接的预制桥面板的钢混组合梁的研究还处于研究阶段,急需对其整体力学性能及破坏模式展开相关的的研究。 本文在考虑结构材料非线性、几何非线性、接触非线性以及螺栓剪切-滑移非线性的基础上,利用ABAQUS有限元程序对钢混组合梁进行全过程数值分析,通过对比分析300mm、600mm、900mm和1200mm螺栓间距的这种36m跨径的钢混组合梁在不同荷载作用模式下的荷载-跨中位移曲线、应变分布变化规律、结合面螺栓滑移分布变化规律,研究钢混组合梁的力学性能及破坏模式。 本文数值分析表明:在跨中集中荷载作用下,300mm螺栓间距的这种36m跨径的组合梁的破坏源于结构材料破坏,600mm、900mm和1200mm螺栓间距的这种36m跨径的组合梁的破坏源于螺栓的剪切失效;在不同剪跨比的双荷载作用下,300mm螺栓间距的这种36m跨径的组合梁在剪跨比为6的双荷载作用下的破坏源于结构材料破坏,在剪跨比为2、4的双荷载作用下的破坏源于螺栓的剪切失效;600mm、900mm和1200mm螺栓间距的这种36m跨径的组合梁在剪跨比为2、4、6的双荷载作用下的破坏均源于螺栓的剪切失效;4种螺栓间距的这种36m跨径的组合梁在不同荷载作用下的破坏均是有预兆的延性破坏。
[Abstract]:Steel-concrete composite beam is a new type of composite structure developed on the basis of reinforced concrete structure and steel structure. It makes full use of the tensile property of steel and the compressive performance of concrete, and has small self-weight. It is widely used in bridge construction because of its high load-bearing capacity, large stiffness, saving materials and convenient and rapid construction. Although many scholars at home and abroad have done a lot of research work on steel-concrete composite beams. The study of steel-concrete composite beam with bolted slab is still in the research stage, and it is urgent to study its overall mechanical properties and failure mode. In this paper, the nonlinear structure material, geometric nonlinearity, contact nonlinearity and bolt shear-slip nonlinearity are considered. The whole process numerical analysis of steel-concrete composite beam is carried out by using ABAQUS finite element program, and 300mm ~ 600mm is compared and analyzed. The load-span displacement curve and strain distribution of this 36m span composite beam with bolt spacing of 900mm and 1200mm under different load modes are studied. The mechanical properties and failure mode of steel-concrete composite beams were studied by combining the slip distribution of face bolts. The numerical analysis shows that the failure of the 36m span composite beam with 300mm bolt spacing under the action of concentrated load in the middle of span originates from the structural material failure of 600mm. The failure of this 36m span composite beam with 900mm and 1200mm bolt spacing is due to the shear failure of the bolt. The failure of this 36 m span composite beam with 300mm bolt spacing under the double load of different shear span ratio is due to the failure of the structure material and the shear span ratio is 2. (4) the failure of bolts under double loads is due to the shear failure of bolts; The failure of this 36m span composite beam with 600mm and 1200mm bolt spacing under double loads with shear span ratio of 2 脳 4 / 6 is due to the shear failure of the bolt. The failure of these 36 m span composite beams with different bolted spacing under different loads is a premonitory ductile failure.
