安康地区公路水毁预防性养护措施研究

【摘要】:安康地区位于陕西省东南部,市内地形以山区为主,其特殊的地理环境以及气候条件,导致安康地区公路水毁灾害十分严重。目前国内常见的公路水毁治理方法主要是在水毁灾害发生后进行治理,然而这类方法需要较大的投入,并且已发生的水毁灾害严重影响了公路的正常运营以及车辆行驶安全。 本文以安康市境内G210、S207和S310三条主要干线公路水毁治理工程为依托,进行了大量的实地调研以及室内资料的收集。对三条干线公路的水毁情况进行了统计,并分析了水毁灾害产生的病因。在此基础上,结合国内现有的山区公路水毁文献,对安康地区公路水毁类型进行了归类总结,确定了安康地区公路水毁典型类型,包括路基边坡水毁、防护工程水毁、排水系统水毁和小桥涵水毁四个大类,每个大类又细分为不同的小类,从而将公路水毁类型明细化,为公路水毁的养护工作提供指导。 利用公路工程中常用的模糊综合评价方法,对安康地区公路水毁路段的水毁风险等级进行评价。在此基础上,针对水毁风险等级为Ⅱ级或Ⅲ级的路段实施公路水毁预防性养护。进而针对四个典型的公路水毁类型,提出了常规预防性养护措施和专项预防性养护措施以及综合预防性养护措施,其中专项预防性养护包括路基边坡水毁专项预防性养护、防护工程水毁专项预防性养护、排水系统水毁专项预防性养护和小桥涵水毁专项预防性养护四个大类。 最后结合公路水毁预防性养护工程实例,对公路水毁预防性养护的实施过程进行了分析。并结合常规公路水毁养护措施,对比分析了公路水毁预防性养护效果,可以看出公路水毁预防性养护具有很大的经济性和可行性。
[Abstract]:Ankang region is located in the southeast of Shaanxi Province, the city is mainly mountainous terrain, its special geographical environment and climate conditions. Leading to serious road damage in Ankang area. At present, the common treatment methods of highway water damage in our country are mainly after the disaster of water destruction, but this kind of method needs more investment. And the damage disaster has seriously affected the normal operation of the highway and the safety of vehicles. This paper is based on three main trunk roads in Ankang City: G210S207 and S310. A large number of field research and indoor data collection, the three main highway water damage statistics, and analysis of the causes of the flood disaster. On this basis. Combined with the existing literature on highway water damage in the mountainous areas in China, the types of highway water damage in Ankang area are classified and summarized, and the typical types of highway water damage in Ankang area are determined, including subgrade slope water damage, protection engineering water damage. There are four types of water damage of drainage system and small bridge and culvert, each of which is subdivided into different subclasses, thus the types of highway water damage are classified into details, which provides guidance for the maintenance of highway water damage. Based on the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method commonly used in highway engineering, this paper evaluates the risk grade of waterlogged road damage in Ankang area.
