【摘要】:客运枢纽是城市对内交通和对外交通的重要节点,是沟通城市内部交通和外部交通的桥梁,也是城市对外的门户。客运枢纽从开始的一种交通方式逐步发展成多种交通方式的有机结合,为出行者提供更加便利的交通出行。客运枢纽将多种交通资源整合于一体,实现交通的规模经济。由于大多客运枢纽各交通方式缺乏统一的规划,各交通方式出入口设置不合理,而各种交通方式有各自的主要交通流向,以及部分交通方式客流进出站存在高峰时段,加剧枢纽交通流对城市路网的冲击,交通拥堵现象在客运枢纽周围路网频繁出现,已经成一个长期难以解决的问题。 本文主要研究现有客运枢纽对周围交通拥堵的影响,从时间和空间两个层面分析客运枢纽对城市交通拥堵的影响。客运枢纽时间层面的拥堵表现为铁路旅客集中出站和集中进站而诱发枢纽交通流的消散和集聚高峰,此现象在许多城市表现明显,加上与城市交通的早晚高峰叠加,造成枢纽周围交通拥堵严重。客运枢纽造成交通拥堵空间层面原因是枢纽出入口过度集中于城市某条路段,出入口方向与交通流向不一致导致的拥堵,枢纽入口位置不合理造成的排队对上游交叉口的影响以及枢纽出口位置不合理造成下游排队蔓延对出口的影响,枢纽出入口能力不足也是影响城市交通拥堵的另外一个重要原因。 通过加强铁路与地铁的衔接来缓解交通流时间集中造成的拥堵,通过对客运枢纽出入口合理设置以及交通流的组织来缓解空间层面的拥堵。最后以成都火车北站客运枢纽作为研究对象,分析客运枢纽对城市交通拥堵的影响,并制定相应的治理措施,包括将出入口引入二环高架。
[Abstract]:Passenger transport hub is an important node of urban internal and external traffic, it is a bridge between internal and external traffic. It is also the gateway to the outside of the city. The passenger transport hub has gradually developed into a combination of multiple modes of transportation from the beginning of a traffic mode. Passenger transport hub will integrate a variety of transport resources into one to achieve economies of scale. Because most of the passenger transport hub lack of a unified planning for each mode of transportation. The setting of the entrance and exit of each traffic mode is unreasonable, and each traffic mode has its own main traffic flow direction, as well as the peak period of the passenger flow in and out of some traffic modes, which intensifies the impact of the hub traffic flow on the urban road network. Traffic congestion occurs frequently in the network around passenger transport hub, which has become a problem that is difficult to solve for a long time. This paper mainly studies the impact of existing passenger transport hubs on traffic congestion around. The influence of passenger transport hub on urban traffic congestion is analyzed from two aspects of time and space. The time congestion of passenger transport hub is manifested by the concentration of railway passengers leaving and entering stations, which induces the dissipation and agglomeration peak of traffic flow in the hub. . This phenomenon is evident in many cities, coupled with the morning and evening peak of urban traffic superimposed. The traffic jams around the hub are serious. The reason of the traffic jams caused by the passenger hub is that the hub entrances and exits are excessively concentrated on a certain section of the city, and the direction of the entrances and exits is inconsistent with the traffic flow direction. The influence of the unreasonable location of the junction entrance on the upstream intersection and the impact of the downstream queue spread on the exit caused by the unreasonable location of the hub exit. The insufficient capacity of hub entrance and exit is another important reason to affect urban traffic congestion. By strengthening the rail and subway links to alleviate traffic congestion caused by the concentration of traffic flow time. Through the reasonable setting of passenger terminal entrance and exit and traffic flow organization to alleviate the spatial level of congestion. Finally take Chengdu North Railway Station passenger Terminal as the research object to analyze the impact of passenger transport hub on urban traffic congestion. And formulate the corresponding control measures, including the entrance and exit into the second ring elevated.
