【摘要】:玻璃沥青混凝土比传统沥青混凝土的剥落现象更为严重。要想实现此种新型路面的推广应用,必须提高混合料的稳定性。尽管众多研究者研究了像如何提高酸性集料与沥青的粘附性,添加消石灰以提高混合料的抗水损害能力。但是在大尺寸范围内玻璃集料表面粗糙度以及小尺寸玻璃集料表面纹理等表面特性的研究尚少,尤其是针对玻璃沥青混凝土的研究,同时像添加消石灰等改善剂对玻璃沥青混凝土的效果也得重新评价。 因此本次研究通过研究骨料、玻璃集料、沥青三者的参数,通过马歇尔试验和冻融劈裂试验为评价指标,以求优化混合料的性能。通过试验发现: (1)添加废玻璃作为集料,掺量在10%左右、粒径为标准方孔筛4.75mm档的掺加方式比较适宜。 (2)集料类别而言,碱性最强的石灰岩马歇尔稳定度最高,玄武岩混合料的冻融劈裂强度比最大。 (3)将消石灰以取代矿粉形式添加对玻璃沥青混凝土同样有益化作用,并且掺量在1.5%左右为宜。而将消石灰熔融进沥青中,,虽对常规实验指标无明显益化作用,但是此种方式能提高混合料的高温性能。 (4)添加像十二烷基硫酸钠等离子型表面活性剂能显著提高混合料的劈裂强度以及强度比,对于混合料的水稳性有益。 玻璃沥青混凝土尽管仍有许多不足,但通过上述实验和验证,是种完全可行的路面材料。
[Abstract]:Glasphalt concrete is more serious than traditional asphalt concrete spalling. In order to realize the popularization and application of the new pavement, must improve the mixture stability. Although many researchers like how to improve the adhesion of acidic aggregate and asphalt, adding lime to improve the water stability of asphalt mixture. But research in the large size range of glass aggregate surface roughness and small size glass aggregate surface texture and surface properties are few, especially the research on glass asphalt concrete, at the same time as adding lime to improve the effect of agents on glass asphalt concrete was re evaluated.
Therefore, this study studied the three parameters of aggregate, glass aggregate and asphalt, and evaluated the performance of the mixture through Marshall test and freeze-thaw splitting test, so as to optimize the performance of mixture.
(1) adding waste glass as aggregate, adding about 10%, and adding the particle size as the standard square hole sieve 4.75mm gear is more suitable.
(2) in the category of aggregate, the Marshall stability of the limestone with the strongest alkalinity is the highest, and the ratio of the freeze-thaw splitting strength of basalt mixture is the largest.
(3) the lime powder is added to replace the same glass is good for asphalt concrete action, and the content of around 1.5% is appropriate. The lime melting into the asphalt, although the conventional experimental indexes had no significant beneficial effect, but this way can improve the high temperature performance of mixture.
(4) the addition of twelve alkyl sodium sulfate plasma surfactants can significantly improve the splitting strength and strength ratio of the mixture, which is beneficial to the water stability of the mixture.
Although there are still many deficiencies in the glass asphalt concrete, it is a completely feasible pavement material through the experiments and verification.
