【摘要】:随着我国高速公路的飞速发展,伴随的问题也接踵而来。虽然高速公路总里程数不断增加,但配套的交通设置设施却尚未与其建设完全匹配,必要的交通标志标识设置并不完善。设施的缺失,以及相关行驶条件的不足,已经逐渐成为导致我国交通事故多发的重要因素。因此,有必要对我国高速公路交通标志标识优化理论应用的合理性进行评价,建立与之配套的高速公路交通安全设施体系。 本文针对当前我国普遍存在的改扩建高速公路交通标志标识设置优化的问题,先从新旧国标对比入手,总结出旧国标存在的问题以及新国标修订的主要内容。在充分考虑高速公路的道路条件对行车安全所带来的影响,得出高速公路交通标志标识优化的重点考虑路段;在考虑交通条件对行车安全带来的影响,提出基于车速的优化内容和基于驾驶员应激反应的优化内容。 其次,本文主要针对车辆行驶速度的高速交通标志标识的设置优化及改善进行具体分析,依托项目“河北省高速公路京石改扩建交通标识优化及有效性研究”,对项目特殊路段进行实地考察和速度测量,采用V85测速处理数据,结合车速模拟计算分析,给出结论及建议。同时,还针对驾驶员对交通标志标识应激反应行为进行分析,选择相应的实验设备及仪器(MP150生理信号分析系统)设计实验方案,处理实验数据,提出有效性建议。 最后,结合论文整体内容,基于层次分析法,采取综合评价的方法建立高速公路交通标志标识优化理论应用效果评价模型,并依据项目为实例进行评价可知,本文对改扩建高速公路交通标志标识设计优化应用效果评价得出结论与实际情况基本一致,,证明此评价方法可靠有效。此评价方法不仅能客观地反映高速公路改扩建前交通标志标识的问题所在,还能实现改扩建后交通标志标识设计、设置、高速营运中出现各种问题的提前预防。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of expressway in our country, the accompanying problems are also coming. Although the total mileage of expressway is increasing, the matching traffic facilities have not been fully matched with its construction. The necessary traffic signs are not perfect, the lack of facilities, and the lack of related driving conditions, has gradually become an important factor leading to frequent traffic accidents in China. It is necessary to evaluate the rationality of the application of the optimization theory of freeway traffic signs in China and establish the corresponding expressway traffic safety facilities system. This paper aims at the problem of the optimization of traffic sign setting for the reconstruction and extension of freeway in our country at present, starting with the comparison of the new and the old national standards. The existing problems of the old national standard and the main contents of the revision of the new national standard are summarized. It is concluded that the key consideration for the optimization of expressway traffic signs is the section of road; Considering the influence of traffic conditions on traffic safety, the optimization content based on speed and driver stress response is put forward. Secondly, this paper mainly focuses on the setting optimization and improvement of high-speed traffic signs of vehicle speed. Based on the project "Hebei Province Expressway Jingshi reconstruction and extension of the traffic sign optimization and effectiveness study", the project special sections of the site inspection and speed measurement, using V85 speed processing data. Combined with the speed simulation analysis, the conclusions and suggestions are given. At the same time, the stress response behavior of drivers to traffic signs is analyzed. The experiment scheme is designed by selecting the corresponding experimental equipment and instrument (MP150 physiological signal analysis system), the experimental data are processed, and some effective suggestions are put forward. Finally, combined with the overall content of the paper, based on the analytic hierarchy process, the comprehensive evaluation method is adopted to establish the evaluation model of the expressway traffic sign optimization theory application effect evaluation model, and based on the project as an example to evaluate the results. In this paper, the evaluation of the effect of the optimized application of the traffic sign design for the reconstruction and extension of expressway is basically consistent with the actual situation. It is proved that this evaluation method is reliable and effective. This evaluation method can not only objectively reflect the problem of traffic sign signs before highway reconstruction and expansion, but also can realize the design and setting of traffic signs after reconstruction and expansion. Early prevention of various problems in high speed operation.
