【摘要】:随着我国城乡一体化进程的不断加快,科学合理的评判公路交通的现状是否适应经济社会的发展是当前交通部门亟待解决的问题,可以为科学规划、合理建设公路提供科学依据。本文首先介绍了城乡一体化的内涵、演变、发展模式,由此确定我国大多数地区仍然处于城乡一体化进程中。然后引入“精明增长”的理念,并分析了精明增长对城乡一体化发展的指导意义。在此基础上,介绍了交通与城乡一体化的相互关系。最后,在公路网适应性内涵的基础上,阐述了城乡一体化在宏观和微观上对区域公路网适应性发展的要求:其宏观适应性是指公路交通与外部社会经济环境的适应性,其微观适应性是指公路交通的各项技术指标与经济发展派生的交通需求相适应。然后,阐述了公路网适应性评价原理和方法。模糊评价的基本原理包括:综合评价、模糊评价、隶属度函数、权重的确定。基于以上原理,选取了本文的评价方法:层次分析方法和模糊评价方法。最后,建立了模糊综合评价模型,并分析了模型应用的步骤,为后文的实例分析奠定了理论基础。同时,介绍了数据包络分析法,主要采用C2R模型对长沙市公路网一体化发展有效性进行横、纵评价。接着,建立公路网适应性评价体系。根据评价指标选取的原则,结合长沙市公路交通系统的具体情况,确定了对应的公路网适应性评价指标体系,并针对具体的评价指标进行了阐述和分析。最后,以长沙市公路路网为研究对象,实例分析了城乡一体化进程中长沙市公路网路网的适应性情况,得出综合评价结论。
[Abstract]:With the development of urban and rural integration process is accelerating in China, whether the status of scientific evaluation of highway traffic to meet the economic and social development is the urgent need to solve the current traffic department, can provide a scientific basis for scientific planning, reasonable construction of the highway. This paper first introduces the connotation of the integration of urban and rural development, development mode, so as to determine the most parts of me China is still in the process of urban-rural integration. Then introduce the concept of "smart growth", and analyzes the smart growth development of urban and rural integration significance. On this basis, this paper introduces the relationship of integration of traffic and urban and rural areas. Finally, based on the highway network adaptability connotation, elaborated the integration of urban and rural areas in macro and micro on the regional highway network adaptability to the requirements of the development of the macro adaptability refers to road traffic and external social and economic environment adaptability, the Micro adaptability refers to economic development and derived the technical indicators of highway traffic traffic needs. Then, expounds the principle and method of evaluating the adaptability of highway network. Including the basic principle of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation, comprehensive evaluation, fuzzy evaluation, membership function, weights are given. Based on the above principle, the evaluation method of this article: AHP method and fuzzy evaluation method. Finally, the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model was established, and the analysis of the application of the model steps, laid the theoretical foundation for the case analysis. At the same time, introduces data envelopment analysis, mainly uses the C2R model to Changsha horizontal, highway network integration development effectiveness of longitudinal evaluation. Then, the establishment of highway network adaptability evaluation system. According to the principle of evaluation index selection, combined with the specific situation of highway traffic system Changsha City, determined to adapt to the corresponding road network The index system of sexual evaluation is elaborated and analyzed according to the specific evaluation index. Finally, taking the highway network of Changsha as the research object, the adaptability of Changsha road network in the process of urban-rural integration is analyzed, and the comprehensive evaluation conclusion is drawn.
