【摘要】:经过多年的发展建设,天津市已建成一大批采用混凝土结构桥梁等公共基础设施。在这种背景下,如何确保环天津所处渤海湾北部地区盐场环境下混凝土桥梁的耐久性并延长其使用寿命,同时为新建桥梁等混凝土工程提供耐久性实践经验,影响到基础设施工程结构安全和为社会提供功能时段的重大技术问题,而且也关系到天津辐射渤海湾区域经济能否健康发展的重大社会问题。 开展对钢筋混凝土结构耐久性研究,就是对高性能混凝土的研究,耐久性能是高性能混凝土的重要特点。本文结合国内外耐久性混凝土的研究现状以及应用情况,以天津市国道112线高速公路工程为背景,重点研究并证明了耐久性混凝土推广应用的必要性。本文所做的主要工作如下: (1)对渤海湾地区的水质进行了调查研究,,病害主要是海水和土壤中氯盐、钢筋锈蚀和冻融破坏造成混凝土性能劣化,缩短寿命周期。为该地区耐久性混凝土配合比的设计提供了可靠数据;以既有渤海湾地区桥梁的损伤情况为例,分析说明了应用耐久性混凝土的重要性; (2)在国道112线高速公路的工程中,为使得混凝土配合比的设计更加科学、合理,结构寿命更耐久,打破常规的基于鲍罗米公式的强度设计混凝土配比,归纳“分层法”设计耐久性混凝土配合比,在混凝土的骨料级配方面,根据富勒级配原理,使用根据经验提出的最大密实度线设计混凝土骨料级配的方式; (3)结合目前国内外混凝土的实际应用情况发现,耐久性混凝土在未来有着更为广阔的发展空间,根据国道112线高速公路耐久性混凝土的相关统计数据,数据分析结果表明:耐久性混凝土的使用减少了国土资源的消耗,降低了水泥用量,减少了二氧化碳等有害气体的排放量,创造了较高的社会效益、环境效益和经济效益,耐久性混凝土理应得到全面的推广应用。
[Abstract]:After many years of development and construction , Tianjin has built a large number of public infrastructure such as concrete structure bridges . In this background , how to ensure the durability of the concrete bridge in the salt field environment in the north of the Bohai Bay in Tianjin , and prolong its service life , meanwhile , provide durability practical experience for concrete projects such as new bridges , affect the safety of the infrastructure engineering structure and the important technical problems for providing the functional period for the society , and also relate to the important social problems of the healthy development of the regional economy of the Bohai Gulf region . The research on durability of reinforced concrete structure is the research of high - performance concrete . The durability can be an important characteristic of high - performance concrete . In this paper , based on the research status and application of durable concrete at home and abroad , this paper studies and proves the necessity of the application of durable concrete . The main work is as follows : ( 1 ) The water quality in Bohai Bay area is investigated . The disease is mainly the degradation of concrete performance caused by chloride , corrosion and freeze - thaw damage in seawater and soil . It provides reliable data for the design of durability concrete mix proportion in the region . ( 2 ) In the project of Highway 112 Highway , to make the design of concrete mix proportion more scientific and reasonable , the structure life is more durable , break the conventional Brom formula based strength design concrete mix proportion , sum up " layered method " design durability concrete mix proportion , in the concrete aggregate gradation aspect , according to Fuller grading principle , use the maximum density line designed according to experience to design concrete aggregate gradation mode ; ( 3 ) According to the actual application of concrete at home and abroad , the durability concrete has a wider development space in the future . According to the statistics of durability concrete of Highway 112 expressway , the data analysis results show that the use of durability concrete reduces the consumption of soil resources , reduces the amount of cement , reduces the discharge of harmful gas such as carbon dioxide , creates higher social benefit , environmental benefit and economic benefit , and the durability concrete deserves comprehensive popularization and application .
