【摘要】:对居民出行行为的研究是进行合理交通规划建设缓解交通拥堵的基础性工作。工作出行是城市居民最基本和最重要的出行,影响到城市生活的方方面面,在大城市中工作出行人流已经成为造成交通拥堵和环境污染的主要原因,并影响到城市社会经济环境的进一步发展。因此,在城市居民出行调查的基础上,以工作出行为研究对象,提炼基于轨道交通发展的城市居民工作出行行为特征,不仅能丰富交通发展与出行行为之间的关系理论,对于缓解城市交通拥堵政策的制定以及规范居民工作出行行为也同样具有重要意义。 工作出行相比常规出行具有自己的特征,既包括通勤出行活动又涵盖了从工作地到业务地的后续工作活动。随着城市化进程的加快、就业范围的扩大以及轨道交通的发展,导致工作出行的距离也在增加,这都在一定程度上加剧了工作出行的复杂性和多样化。围绕轨道交通与工作出行这一主题,本文作了以下研究:1.阐述了在对国内外国内外学者对轨道交通发展和城市空间结构以及居民出行行为之间的研究,指出不足并确定本研究的理论和方法。2.从轨道交通发展与办公集聚区为主的工作就业中心地之间关系入手,分析轨道交通发展是如何引导城市办公集聚区演变,进而影响居民工作出行方向和强度。结果表明北京轨道交通发展对以办公集聚区为主的工作就业中心的形成和壮大具有巨大的引导作用,加剧了办公集聚区对城市人流和交通流的汇聚作用,决定了居民工作出行的流向和强度。3。对居民从居民地-工作地和工作地到业务地的出行行为进行了比较研究。发现两者存在一定的异同点:前者表现为当城市居民工作出行时间在30分钟至1小时之间时,无论是居住地到工作地出行,还是工作地到业务地出行,居民多选择轨道交通作为主要的出行方式,且换乘次数在2次以内。后者表现为在现有的轨道交通线路中,地铁1号线、2号线、4号线、5号线、10号线、13号线是居民从居住地到工作地的主要出行线路,构成城市居住社区到工作地点的网络联系;而地铁4号线、8号线、10号线、13号线、15号线则是居民从工作地到业务地之间的主要出行线路,构成了城市工作空间的网络联系。4.构建Logit模型,定量分析了上班出行者的个人、家庭、社会经济因素对其交通方式选择的影响,并对模型进行了统计检验。得出个人职位、家庭拥有小汽车数量、月交通费用、距轨道交通距离等因素对选择轨道交通具有显著影响。研究对工作出行行为需求、预测以及工作出行措施的制定具有一定的现实意义,并对完善交通体系、缓解交通压力等政策的制定提供了一定思路和依据。
[Abstract]:Study on resident travel behavior is the reasonable traffic planning and construction to alleviate traffic congestion based work. Work travel is the most basic and the most important travel city residents, affect all aspects of city life, working in a big city travel flow has become the main cause of traffic congestion and environmental pollution, and influence to the further development of city social economic environment. Therefore, on the basis of city residents travel survey, to work out the research object, abstracting the working behavior of city residents travel features based on the development of rail transportation, not only can enrich the theory of relationship between transportation development and travel behavior, to ease the traffic congestion in the city policy and the norms of residents the work of travel behavior also has important significance.
Compared with the conventional travel travel work has its own characteristics, including commuter travel activities ranging from work to the follow-up work. Business activities with the city to speed up the process, the expansion of the scope of employment and the development of rail transportation, travel to work distance is also increasing, which to some extent exacerbated the complexity work and diversification of travel. Rail traffic and travel to work around this theme, this paper has done the following research: 1. described in the domestic and foreign scholars on the development of rail transportation and the city spatial structure and study the behavior of the residents, pointed out that the relationship between deficiency and determine the theory and method of this research.2. from orbit traffic development and office area based employment center, analysis of the development of rail transportation is how to guide the city office cluster evolution, thereby affecting the residents Work travel direction and intensity. The results show that the development of Beijing rail transit on the formation of the office area in the center of employment and growth has a great role, exacerbated by the office area to city traffic and traffic flow convergence effect, determines the residents work flow and travel behavior of residents from the strength of.3. for residents to work and work to the business of the comparison. The two found there are some similarities and differences: the former is shown when the city residents work travel time in 30 minutes to 1 hours, regardless of residence to work or work to travel, business travel, rail transportation as residents select the main way to travel, and transfer times in less than 2 times. The personal position, family owned car number, monthly transportation costs from the rail transportation distance and other factors on the choice of rail traffic has a significant impact. Study on the travel behavior of job demand, has a certain practical significance for prediction and work trip measures, and to improve the transportation system, alleviate the traffic pressure policy formulation provides a way of thinking and reference.
