【摘要】:加筋土挡墙以其良好的适用性、较好的经济性在工程中广泛应用。本文以国内广泛开展的公路拓宽工程为背景,采用L形面板直立式加筋土挡墙结构,针对路基拓宽工程展开应用研究。利用大型有限元商业软件ABAQUS,对加筋新路基的施工过程进行了模拟,并对影响加筋新路基强度与稳定性问题的关键参数进行了研究,分析了各参数对加筋新路基强度和变形特征的影响。主要研究内容包括: 1.总结了国内外对加筋土结构应用的研究成果和现状,提出将直立式加筋土挡墙应用于路基拓宽工程。 2.依据公路双侧对称拓宽特征,建立了地基和新旧路基共同作用的三维有限元模型。其中,新路基采用L形面板直立式加筋土挡墙结构。通过数值模拟,将计算结果与试验结果进行比较,验证了本文所建模型的正确性和有效性。 3.针对新路基填筑施工中新旧路基和地基的变形及应力分布特征,利用本文所建模型展开相关研究工作;通过分析新旧路基工后变形特征、土工格栅受力与变形特征及土工格栅加筋效应,进一步验证了直立式加筋土挡墙应用于路基拓宽工程的可行性与有效性。结果表明,直立式加筋土挡墙的应用,,可使拓宽后的新路基变形较小,符合工程设计相关规范的要求。 4.针对影响加筋新路基强度和变形特征相关参数进行了敏感性分析。通过分析可知加筋层数对新路基侧向位移和沉降有较大影响,面板刚度和整体性对加筋新路基侧向位移影响显著,但对加筋新路基沉降影响较小,新旧路基结合部位的处理对新路基侧向位移影响较小,但对新路基沉降影响较大,且若采用轻质填料填筑新路基可显著减小其侧向位移和沉降。
[Abstract]:In this paper , the construction process of reinforced new subgrade is simulated and the key parameters affecting the strength and stability of reinforced new subgrade are studied in this paper . The main research contents include : 1 . Summarized the research achievements and present situation of the application of reinforced earth structure at home and abroad , and put forward the application of vertical reinforced concrete retaining wall to subgrade widening project . 2 . A three - dimensional finite element model for the common action of foundation and new subgrade is established according to the characteristics of double - side symmetric widening of highway . The new subgrade is composed of L - shaped panel vertical reinforced soil retaining wall structure . Through numerical simulation , the calculation results are compared with the test results , and the correctness and effectiveness of the proposed model are verified . 3 . According to the deformation and stress distribution characteristics of the new and old subgrade and foundation in the new subgrade filling construction , the relevant research work is carried out by using the model established in this paper . The feasibility and effectiveness of the vertical reinforced earth retaining wall in the subgrade widening project are further verified by analyzing the deformation characteristics of the new and old subgrade , the stress and deformation characteristics of the geogrids and the reinforcement effect of the geogrids . The results show that the application of the vertical reinforced concrete retaining wall can make the new subgrade deformed less and conform to the requirements of the relevant specifications of engineering design . 4 . Sensitivity analysis is carried out for the relative parameters affecting the strength and deformation characteristics of the new subgrade . Through analysis , the influence of reinforcement layer number on the lateral displacement and settlement of the new subgrade is obvious , but the influence of the rigidity and integrity of the panel on the lateral displacement of the new subgrade is small , but the influence of the treatment on the new subgrade settlement is small , but the settlement of the new subgrade is relatively large , and the lateral displacement and settlement of the new subgrade can be significantly reduced if the new subgrade is filled with the light filler .
