【摘要】:随着我国公路养护高峰的即将来临,深入研究沥青路面再生技术,对保护生态环境、提高资源利用率、降低公路建设成本具有重要的意义,同时,促进公路事业的可持续发展。本文在基于国内外沥青再生技术深入研究的基础上,选用厂拌热再生技术,研究厂拌热再生技术的适用性和厂拌热再生沥青混合料的路用性能。 本文针厂拌热再生技术的特点进行研究,从组分迁移理论和相容性理论对老化沥青的再生机理进行分析,分析再生剂的性能要求与指标标准,并对再生剂与沥青的配伍性进行深入研究。在此基础上,从再生沥青标号、再生料掺量、最佳沥青用量和再生沥青混合料级配等关键点入手,,确定厂拌热再生沥青混合料的配合比设计。结合试验路铺筑,系统分析了再生剂与旧沥青适应性、旧沥青混合料的变异性与离析、拌和温度、拌和时间、再生剂掺和工艺对厂拌热再生沥青混合料的影响,提出了废旧沥青混合料厂拌热再生的质量控制要点和施工工艺。 结合工程需求,提出再生剂的性能要求,沥青再生试验结果表明,采用外掺法,掺量为11%的再生沥青技术指标能够满足规范对70#A级沥青的技术要求。结合再生沥青混合料的路用性能试验,得出:随着旧料掺量的增加,再生沥青混合料的水稳定性能和低温抗裂性能变差,高温稳定性随着旧料掺量的增加,先增大后减小,40%左右,高温稳定性能最佳。通过试验路进行验证,再生沥青混合料的路用性能均能满足施工规范要求。
[Abstract]:With the coming of the highway maintenance peak in China, it is of great significance to study the asphalt pavement regeneration technology to protect the ecological environment, improve the utilization of resources and reduce the cost of highway construction. In order to promote the sustainable development of highway industry, based on the in-depth research of asphalt recycling technology at home and abroad, this paper selects the hot recycling technology. The applicability of hot recycling technology and the road performance of hot recycled asphalt mixture were studied. In this paper, the characteristics of heat regeneration technology for needle mill were studied. The regeneration mechanism of aging asphalt was analyzed based on component migration theory and compatibility theory, and the performance requirements and index standards of regenerating agent were analyzed. On the basis of this, the key points such as the grade of recycled asphalt, the amount of recycled mixture, the optimum amount of asphalt and the gradation of recycled asphalt mixture are studied. The mix ratio design of hot recycled asphalt mixture was determined. The adaptability of recycled agent and old asphalt, the variability and segregation of old asphalt mixture, mixing temperature and mixing time were systematically analyzed in combination with the paving of test road. The influence of the mixing technology of regenerative agent on the reclaimed asphalt mixture is discussed. The quality control points and construction technology of the waste asphalt mixture are put forward. According to the engineering requirements, the performance requirements of the regenerating agent are put forward. The test results of asphalt regeneration show that the admixture method is adopted. The technical specifications of recycled asphalt with the content of 11% can meet the technical requirements of 70 #A grade asphalt. Combined with the road performance test of recycled asphalt mixture, it is concluded that: with the increase of the amount of used materials. The water stability and low temperature crack resistance of recycled asphalt mixture become worse. The high temperature stability increases first and then decreases about 40% with the increase of the amount of used materials. The high temperature stability is the best. The road performance of recycled asphalt mixture can meet the requirements of construction code.
