沥青路面施工温度影响压实质量的敏感性分析

【摘要】:为了确保沥青路面在合理的温度条件下进行施工,从而有效提高沥青混合料的压实质量,降低温度离析病害。该文应用红外热像仪扫描了AC-20沥青混合料开始碾压时的表面温度,然后采用无核密度仪(PQI:Pavement Quality Indicator)研究了温度离析对沥青混合料压实质量的影响,通过回归分析,建立了沥青混合料开始碾压时的表面温度与碾压后密度的相关关系。结果显示:两者呈良好的线性关系,相关系数绝对值超过0.8,按照相关关系式计算得到AC-20沥青混合料碾压前表面温度至少应控制在132.7℃以上。
[Abstract]:In order to ensure the construction of asphalt pavement under reasonable temperature conditions, the compaction quality of asphalt mixture can be improved effectively. In this paper, the surface temperature of AC-20 asphalt mixture was scanned by infrared thermal imager. Then, the influence of temperature segregation on compaction quality of asphalt mixture was studied by using the seedless densitometer PQI: Pavement Quality indicator, and the regression analysis was carried out. The correlation between the surface temperature and the density of asphalt mixture at the beginning of rolling is established. The results show that the correlation coefficient between them is linear and the absolute value of correlation coefficient is more than 0.8. According to the correlation formula, the surface temperature of AC-20 asphalt mixture should be controlled above 132.7 鈩,
