机械式停车设备的研究及实现

【摘要】:汽车行业更是迅速,人们的生活水平不断提高,这就使得私家车的数量与日俱增,从而引发的停车问题是很现实及棘手的一个问题。 本论文对九大类机械式停车设备主要从分类、工作原理、适用范围和设备组成等方面进行详细的研究分析。针对所建造机械式停车设备的实际位置是人流量大、非常繁华的大型商业区,然后经过各种停车设备的详细比较,最终选择垂直升降式停车设备作为本论文的总体设计方案。 对机械式停车设备做个一个总体平面布局,以此为基础进行后续的结构设计。本论文用大型三维软件Pro/E5.0对机械式停车设备进行了整体建模,为后续章节进行有限元分析奠定基础。机械式停车设备的结构设计是本论文至关重要的一个环节,它的具体结构设计包括钢架结构、升降系统、横移系统、进给系统、载车板和安全挂钩的设计和电推杆的选用。 在ANSYS12.1经典版中,应用梁单元这个模块进行模型的建立。然后就以此为模型对钢结构框架在不同的五种工况下进行应力和刚度的分析,并且进行了十阶模态分析,找出了钢架结构的危险频率。对于升降台和载车板,用ANSYS12.1中的Workbench模块在理想状态和偏载两种情况下进行了应力和刚度分析。 应用MATLAB计算软件对存车优先、取车优先和原地待命三种不同的存取策略进行了花费时间和能量消耗数学模型的建立并且利用已建模型进行模拟仿真,最后将仿真模拟结果进行比较而得出符合实际情况的结论。
[Abstract]:Automobile industry is more rapid, people's living standards are improving, which makes the number of private cars increasing day by day, thus causing parking problem is very practical and a thorny problem. In this paper, nine types of mechanical parking equipment are mainly classified, working principle. The scope of application and equipment composition are analyzed in detail. The actual location of the mechanical parking equipment built is a large commercial district with large flow of people and very prosperous. Then through the detailed comparison of all kinds of parking equipment, the vertical lift parking equipment is selected as the overall design of this paper. On the basis of a general plane layout of mechanical parking equipment, the following structural design is carried out. In this paper, a large-scale three-dimensional software Pro/E5.0 is used to model the mechanical parking equipment as a whole. The structural design of mechanical parking equipment is an important part of this paper. Its specific structure design includes steel frame structure, lifting system, and transversal system. Feed system, load plate and safety hook design and selection of electric push rod. In the classical version of ANSYS12.1, this module is used to build the model, and then the stress and stiffness of the steel frame are analyzed under five different working conditions. The tenth order modal analysis was carried out to find out the dangerous frequency of the steel frame structure. In this paper, the stress and stiffness of the Workbench module in ANSYS12.1 are analyzed under the condition of ideal state and bias load. The application of MATLAB software is preferred. There are three different access strategies, one is car first and the other is in situ. The mathematical model of time and energy consumption is built and simulated by using the established model. At last, the simulation results are compared to get the conclusion in line with the actual situation.
