施工期内水泥混凝土路面板的早期开裂研究

【摘要】:作为公路工程中非常重要的路面结构之一,,水泥混凝土路面在公路建设中得到了广泛推广。随着高等级公路水泥混凝土路面修建数量的逐年增多,在建设和使用过程中也出现不少问题,水泥混凝土路面的早期开裂就是其中之一。如何减少施工早期裂缝,防止使用期间路面裂缝的发展,提高水泥混凝土路面的使用寿命是公路工作者关注的问题。 本文针对水泥混凝土路面的早期开裂问题,展开系统研究。分别进行了水泥混凝土路面早期开裂的调查分析,结合工程实践深刻剖析水泥混凝土路面早期开裂的原因,同时分析了水泥混凝土路面早期开裂对于公路工程产生的影响,并结合南道公路施工期内产生的水泥混凝土路面开裂进行了结构分析,研究了防止早期开裂的方案。此外,基于水泥混凝土路面产生开裂的基本原因——水泥混凝土的干缩性能,展开早期裂缝机理分析,设计合理的水泥混凝土配合比,并展开初期干缩试验研究,结果表明混凝土在成型初期干缩发展较快,随着时间的推移,干缩变形逐渐稳定。最后,针对水泥路面板施工期内翘曲变形的测量方法与量化展开研究,为工程施工中对水泥路面板裂缝的控制提供参考。 通过本文的研究,系统地研究了水泥混凝土路面早期开裂问题,并取得了有益的研究结果。混凝土路面在早期会发生温度收缩、干燥收缩等因素引起的体积收缩,如果收缩受到约束,将会在混凝土内部产生拉应力。在外界环境的复杂影响之下,混凝土内部的拉应力往往会大于混凝土的抗拉强度,导致混凝土发生开裂。混凝土路面由于在施工期间即有翘曲产生,在基层以及相邻板的约束下混凝土内部会产生翘曲应力,在翘曲应力的作用下,混凝土也容易产生开裂。本文的研究成果,可以为水泥混凝土路面的设计及施工提供经验借鉴。
[Abstract]:As one of the most important pavement structures in highway engineering, cement concrete pavement has been widely used in highway construction. There are many problems in the process of construction and use. The early cracking of cement concrete pavement is one of them. How to reduce the early cracks in construction and prevent the development of pavement cracks during use. Increasing the service life of cement concrete pavement is a problem that highway workers pay attention to. In this paper, the early crack of cement concrete pavement is studied systematically, and the investigation and analysis of the early crack of cement concrete pavement are carried out respectively. Combined with engineering practice, the causes of early cracking of cement concrete pavement are deeply analyzed, and the influence of early cracking of cement concrete pavement on highway engineering is also analyzed. Combined with the structural analysis of cement concrete pavement cracking during the construction period of Nandao Highway, the scheme to prevent early cracking is studied. Based on the dry shrinkage property of cement concrete pavement, the mechanism analysis of early crack is carried out, the reasonable mix ratio of cement concrete is designed, and the initial dry shrinkage test is carried out. The results show that the dry shrinkage of concrete develops rapidly in the initial stage of forming, and the shrinkage deformation becomes stable with time. Finally, the measurement method and quantification of the warpage deformation of cement pavement face during the construction period are studied. It provides a reference for the control of cement pavement slab cracks in engineering construction. Through the research of this paper, the early cracking of cement concrete pavement is studied systematically, and the beneficial results are obtained. The temperature shrinkage of concrete pavement will occur in the early stage. The volume shrinkage caused by drying shrinkage and other factors, if the shrinkage is restricted, will produce tensile stress in the concrete, and under the complex influence of the external environment. The internal tensile stress of concrete is often greater than the tensile strength of concrete, which leads to the cracking of concrete. The concrete pavement is warped during construction. Under the restraint of the base and adjacent slabs, the warpage stress will occur in the concrete, and under the action of the warping stress, the concrete will also easily crack. It can provide experience for the design and construction of cement concrete pavement.
