大件物流运输方案关键环节研究

【摘要】:大件货物具有价值高、运输环节多、操作复杂、运输技术及运输质量要求高,因此对大件物流企业的要求也较高,而目前我国大件物流运输企业在管理、物流整体方案的制定、方案过程实施、具体环节的操作标准及规范等方面多存在不足,另外针对整体物流方案的设计方面研究还处于初级阶段。作者总结了以往相关领域的研究,包括绑扎、风险控制、吊装、路线优划等,并针对大件货物的特点,对其物流方案的设计进行研究。 本文首先从大件物流的基本理论入手,分析了大件物流企业所承运货物的种类及其特点、承担运输的设备和这些设备的特点,结合实际参与项目的经验对大件物流运输方案的设计进行研究。首先分析大件物流运输方案设计的基本原则、所要达到的目标。借助运筹优化中的多目标混合整数规划方法建立大件物流运输中路线选择的模型,结合实例,根据大件物流运输本身的特性建立运输网络图、并针对模型进行网络图的改进,然后采集数据进行分析,接着运用Matlab编程计算出理论上的运输路线。最后将计算结果与实际案例中选择的路线进行对比,找出理论分析和实际之间的差异,并找出问题出现原因。为了更加合理的研究各个物流环节的具体操作,采用实际运输路线进行分析。然后对三个运输阶段——内陆运输、沿海运输、远洋运输分别进行实际的分析,并针对运输方案中不同阶段的重要的环节——吊装、绑扎加固、车辆选择等问题进行了详细分析。将第3章的理论运用到实际案例中进行分析,然后得出最后本文的结论.本文旨在为大件物流运输企业在制定物流方案时提供借鉴,具有一定的参考意义。
[Abstract]:Large goods with high value, transport links, complex operations, transport technology and transport quality requirements, so the requirements for large logistics enterprises are also higher, and at present, large logistics transport enterprises in our country in management. There are many deficiencies in the formulation of the overall logistics program, the implementation of the program process, the operational standards and norms of specific links, and so on. In addition, the design of the overall logistics project is still in the primary stage. The author summarizes the previous research in related fields, including binding, risk control, hoisting, route optimization, and so on, and for the characteristics of large goods. The design of its logistics scheme is studied. This paper begins with the basic theory of large logistics, analyzes the types and characteristics of the goods carried by large logistics enterprises, the equipment to undertake transportation and the characteristics of these equipment. Combined with the actual experience of participating in the project, the design of large logistics transportation scheme is studied. Firstly, the basic principles of the design of large logistics transportation scheme are analyzed. By means of the multi-objective mixed integer programming method in operation optimization, the model of route selection in large logistics transportation is established, and the transportation network diagram is established according to the characteristics of large logistics transportation. The network diagram is improved according to the model, and then the data is collected and analyzed. Then using Matlab programming to calculate the theoretical transport route. Finally, the calculation results and the actual case of the route chosen to compare to find out the difference between theoretical analysis and practice. And find out the cause of the problem. In order to study the specific operation of each logistics link more reasonably, use the actual transportation route to analyze. Then the three stages of transport-inland transport, coastal transport. The actual analysis of ocean transportation is carried out respectively, and aiming at the important link in different stages of transportation scheme-hoisting, binding and strengthening. Vehicle selection and other issues are analyzed in detail. The third chapter of the theory is applied to the actual case for analysis. The purpose of this paper is to provide a reference for large logistics transportation enterprises in the formulation of logistics plan, which has a certain reference significance.
