黄骅港煤炭码头管控一体化问题研究

【摘要】：根据黄骅港一至四期煤炭码头的生产管理需求优化现有的生产、财务、办公和机电管理流程,提出管控一体化系统的解决方案。通过管控一体化系统建设来提高管理水平,改造并优化相关系统,为建设可持续发展的现代化新型港口探索有效的方法。管控一体化系统正式运行3年多时间,实践证明,管控一体化系统是国内煤炭码头信息化建设一次有益的探索和尝试,也是一个良好的示范和参考。
[Abstract]:Optimize the existing production, financial, office and electromechanical management processes in accordance with the production management requirements of the coal terminal in Phase I to IV of Huanghua Port. Put forward the solution of the management and control integration system. Through the management and control integration system construction to improve the management level, transform and optimize the related system. For the construction of sustainable development of modern new port to explore effective methods. Management and control integration system officially run for more than 3 years, the practice proved. The management and control integration system is a beneficial exploration and attempt for the information construction of domestic coal wharf, and it is also a good example and reference.
