城际铁路与公路客运协同发展研究

【摘要】:交通运输方式随着社会经济、科技创新的飞速发展而变得日趋复杂和多样性。为了提供乘客多样的出行需求,各种运输方式协同发展已经成为一种共识,是优化综合交通运输系统的根本途径之一。针对当前运输方式之间竞争加剧、衔接不协调、运输服务与基础设施差距大等不足,鉴于此背景下,研究分析各种运输方式间的关系,并提出协同发展的建议对策,以节约和有效地利用交通资源。 在我国综合运输系统中,公路和铁路作为两种最主要的客运运输方式,它们之间的关系既有竞争又有合作。多年来公路客运量、旅客周转量在客运市场的绝对优势地位表明它是区域内中短途乘客出行的主要方式。但随着铁路快速客运网络的基本形成和高速铁路的建设,导致城际间客运总量急剧上升,公路运输能力出现饱和状态。城际铁路在以其安全、快捷、舒适、环保等优势一跃成为区域城际运输的骨干力量,且随着城市规模不断扩张和人民群众生活水平的提高,旅客出行需求朝着高端、个性化、多样化方向发展。因此,对于区域运输通道内为争夺客运市场的公路、城际铁路,它们之间将会掀起更激烈的竞争。 本文在大量查阅相关文献和研究结果的基础上,引进系统工程和协同学理论,在深入分析城际铁路和公路客运系统的基础上,以公、铁客运系统的实际功能利用与理想功能利用差值最小和乘客出行社会效益最大为优化目标,构建了公、铁运输系统多目标协同优化模型。首先详细分析了两种运输方式的发展概况和存在的问题,对比各自的技术经济特点,,阐述了城际铁路的发展对公路旅客运输带来的挑战与机遇,进而总结了公、铁系统协同发展的目标、原则。论文以理论研究为主,并结合成绵乐城际铁路的实际情况,选用灰色关联度方法分析了影响乘客出行方式选择的因素;利用指数平滑法预测了特征年区域内沿线城市间城际铁路、高速公路和既有铁路的客运量;选用Logit模型求解了城际铁路与公路客流分担率,并进行模型求解和结果分析,得出成绵乐运输通道内高速公路、城际铁路和既有铁路的各自的居民出行结构比例。最后,从不同的角度对城际铁路、公路客运的协同发展提出了对策。
[Abstract]:Transportation mode along with the social economy, the rapid development of science and technology innovation have become more and more complicated and diverse. In order to provide a variety of passenger travel demand, the coordinated development of various modes of transport has become a consensus, is one of the fundamental ways to optimize the comprehensive transportation system. According to the competition between the current mode of transport, convergence coordination, lack of transportation service and infrastructure gap, in view of this background, the study analyzes the relationship between various ways of transportation, and put forward countermeasures and suggestions for coordinated development, in order to save and effective use of transportation resources.
In China's transportation system, highway and railway as the two most important passenger transport mode, the relationship between them has both competition and cooperation. Over the years, highway passenger volume, passenger turnover volume of absolute advantage in the passenger market show that it is the main way of regional short haul passengers. But with the basic construction the formation of fast passenger railway network and high-speed railway, intercity passenger volume to rise sharply, road transport capacity saturation appears. Intercity Railway on its safe, fast, comfortable, environmental protection and other advantages has become the backbone of regional intercity transportation, with the continuous expansion of city scale and the people's living standards improve. The demand for passenger travel towards high-end, personalized, diversified direction. Therefore, the regional transport corridor for the highway passenger transport market, intercity railway, between them will More fierce competition will be set off.
Based on a large number of related literatures and research results, the introduction of system engineering theory and Synergetics, based on in-depth analysis of intercity railway and highway transportation system, to the public, the actual function of rail passenger system by using difference function and the ideal minimum and passenger line to maximize the social benefit as the optimization goal, builds the public. Collaborative optimization model of multi objective iron transport system. The first detailed analysis of the development of the two transportation modes and problems of technical and economic characteristics of each comparison, elaborated the intercity railway development of highway passenger transportation brings challenges and opportunities, and then summarizes the public, collaborative development objectives, principles of iron system the theoretical research, combined with the actual situation of chengmianle intercity railway, the grey correlation analysis of the factors affecting the selection of passenger travel mode; the use of exponential smoothing Sliding method to forecast the characteristics of regional inter city along intercity railway, highway and the existing railway passenger volume; using Logit model to solve the intercity railway and highway passenger sharing rate, and the model is solved and the result analysis that chengmianle transportation channel highways, intercity railway and existing railway their residents structure the proportion. Finally, from the different angle to the intercity railway, highway passenger transportation coordinated development countermeasures were put forward.
