天津市滨海新区路桥融雪措施优化研究

【摘要】:为保证道路交通顺畅,减少因积雪造成的道路堵塞和交通意外事故,人们使用融雪剂来融雪化冰。融雪剂给道路、桥梁等基础设施以及草木植被和环境造成的腐蚀破坏和污染非常严重,在融雪剂不可或缺的今天,本文通过对路桥融雪剂的优化研究,讨论了如何科学的使用融雪剂,降低融雪剂的不利影响。目前使用最多的氯盐类融雪剂,腐蚀性强,会造成钢筋混凝土结构的桥梁耐久性降低,沥青混凝土路面使用功能下降。要减少融雪剂对路桥等基础设施的腐蚀破坏,需从提高路桥基础设施结构的防腐抗腐能力和减少融雪剂的使用两方面着手。本文列举了人工扫雪、机械清雪、融雪剂融雪三种常用清融雪方式,通过调查,分析了这三种清融雪方式的适用条件和优缺点,就它们的融雪效率、经济成本、对基础设施的腐蚀性和对环境的影响几个方面进行了对比。发现机械清雪虽然在清雪效率上低于融雪剂融雪,但在清雪成本上却明显优于融雪剂,而且对路桥等基础设施不造成腐蚀破坏,对环境没有污染,是非常值得推广的清雪方式。而融雪剂融雪速度最快,是保证雪后道路畅通,减少道路交通事故的最有效方式。在融雪剂不能替代的今天,科学的使用融雪剂非常重要,采取融雪剂与其他清雪方式配合使用,是降低融雪剂不利影响的好办法。同时正确选择融雪剂,根据不同类型融雪剂的特点,多种融雪剂配合使用可以充分发挥融雪剂的作用,避免融雪剂的浪费。本文给出了南方地区、天津等华北地区、东北地区、西北地区在不同的温度和不同降雪量的清雪条件下,如何使用清雪机械和融雪剂。通过科学的使用融雪剂,提高清融雪效率,减少融雪剂的用量,降低融雪剂对环境的污染,实现路桥融雪剂的优化。
[Abstract]:In order to ensure smooth road traffic and reduce road congestion and traffic accidents caused by snow, people use snowmelt to melt ice. Bridge and other infrastructure as well as vegetation and environment caused by corrosion damage and pollution is very serious, in the snow melting agent indispensable today, this paper through the optimization of road and bridge snowmelt agent research. This paper discusses how to use snowmelt agent scientifically and reduce the adverse effect of snowmelt agent. At present, the most commonly used chlorine salt snowmelt agent is corrosive, which will reduce the durability of reinforced concrete bridge. The function of asphalt concrete pavement is decreased. It is necessary to reduce the corrosion damage of snow melting agent to the road and bridge and other infrastructure facilities. It is necessary to improve the anticorrosive ability of road and bridge infrastructure and reduce the use of snowmelt agent. This paper enumerates three common snow-clearing methods: artificial snow clearing, mechanical snow clearing and snow-melting agent. This paper analyzes the applicable conditions, advantages and disadvantages of these three ways of snow melting, their snowmelt efficiency, economic cost. The causticity of infrastructure and the impact on the environment are compared. It is found that although the efficiency of mechanical snow clearing is lower than that of snowmelt agent, it is obviously superior to snowmelt agent in the cost of clearing snow. And it does not cause corrosion damage to infrastructure such as roads and bridges, no pollution to the environment, is a very worthy of promotion of snow clearing method. And snow melting agent is the fastest speed, is to ensure the smooth road after snow. The most effective way to reduce road traffic accidents. In today's snow melting agent can not be replaced, the scientific use of snow melting agent is very important. It is a good way to reduce the adverse effects of snowmelt agents. At the same time, the correct selection of snowmelt agents, according to the characteristics of different types of snowmelt agents, the use of various snowmelt agents can give full play to the role of snowmelt agents. In order to avoid the waste of snow melting agent, this paper gives the conditions of snow clearing under different temperature and different snowfall amount in the southern region, Tianjin and other North China, northeast and northwest areas. How to use snow clearing machinery and snowmelt agent. By using snowmelt agent scientifically, the efficiency of snowmelt is improved, the amount of snowmelt agent is reduced, the pollution caused by snowmelt agent is reduced, and the optimization of road and bridge snowmelt agent is realized.
