预应力混凝土矮塔斜拉桥施工控制与结构参数敏感性分析

【摘要】:矮塔斜拉桥又称之为部分斜拉桥,它作为近代发展起来的一种新型的桥梁结构形式,以其优越的结构性能和良好的经济指标,在桥梁设计中该桥型已被广泛的采用。而预应力混凝土宽箱梁以其抗弯、抗扭刚度大,稳定性好和整体受力状况良好等特点,被广泛应用于矮塔斜拉桥主梁设计当中。 本文以在建的东莞市中堂水道大桥(矮塔单索面预应力混凝土宽箱梁斜拉桥)为研究对象,首先对矮塔斜拉桥的发展,结构特征,以及对矮塔斜拉桥主桥施工控制的重要性等问题进行了一些研究;其次对宽箱梁的受力特点进行简单的探讨。 首先运用有限元分析软件Midas/Civil建立全桥模型,采用无应力状态法按照施工方案和设计图纸对中堂水道大桥进行施工阶段的仿真分析,并计算各个施工工况下主梁结构的内力、变形及索力情况。计算结果表明,悬臂施工法能很好保证桥梁的合理成桥。 其次还将对影响桥梁施工控制中的结构参数进行敏感性分析,本文主要分析了结构材料弹性模量、材料容重、温度和索力等敏感性参数,并选择索塔固结附近处主梁节段利用有限元软件Midas/FEA对其实体分析,,分析宽箱梁在不同的工况作用下的横向受力情况。
[Abstract]:Low tower cable-stayed bridge is also called partial cable-stayed bridge. As a new type of bridge structure developed in modern times, it has excellent structural performance and good economic index. In the design of the bridge, the bridge has been widely used, while the prestressed concrete wide box girder is characterized by its bending resistance, torsional stiffness, good stability and good overall stress condition. It is widely used in the design of main girder of low tower cable-stayed bridge. In this paper, the construction of Dongguan Zhongtang waterway Bridge (short tower single cable plane prestressed concrete wide box girder cable-stayed bridge) as the research object, first of all, the development of the low tower cable-stayed bridge, structural characteristics. The importance of construction control of the main bridge of the cable-stayed bridge with low tower is also studied. Secondly, the stress characteristics of wide box girder are simply discussed. First, the finite element analysis software Midas/Civil is used to establish the full-bridge model, and the non-stress state method is used to simulate the construction stage of Zhongtang waterway Bridge according to the construction plan and design drawings. The internal force, deformation and cable force of the main beam structure under various construction conditions are calculated. The calculation results show that the cantilever construction method can ensure the bridge to be completed reasonably. Secondly, the sensitivity of the structural parameters which affect the bridge construction control is analyzed. This paper mainly analyzes the sensitive parameters such as elastic modulus, bulk weight, temperature and cable force. The section of the main girder near the consolidation of the cable tower is analyzed by the finite element software Midas/FEA, and the transverse force of the wide box girder under different working conditions is analyzed.
