基于彩色数字图像技术的级配颗粒均匀度评价方法

【摘要】:为了对沥青混合料级配颗粒均匀度进行定量评价,基于彩色数字图像处理技术准确提取集料颗粒,引入颗粒平均粒度与均匀度指标,结合彩色数字图像处理方法,对5种最大粒径为16 mm的沥青混合料级配分别采用中位直径和频率直径来评定沥青混合料级配的均匀性。研究结果表明:基于彩色数字图像处理技术的级配颗粒均匀度评价方法避免了大颗粒被判断为小颗粒的缺陷,保证全部粗集料颗粒均被有效提取,采用中位直径与频率直径进行级配均匀性评价,其准确度较高,同时发现,AM-16类级配较SMA-16级配偏粗,但其粒度均匀性小于AK-16级配。粒度均匀性指标可以较好评价级配的均匀程度,可为级配颗粒均匀性评价提供一种有效的定量评价依据。
[Abstract]:In order to evaluate the gradation uniformity of asphalt mixture accurately based on color digital image processing technology the average particle size and uniformity index were introduced. Combined with color digital image processing method. The average diameter and frequency diameter of five kinds of asphalt mixture gradation with maximum diameter of 16 mm were used to evaluate the homogeneity of asphalt mixture gradation. The grading particle uniformity evaluation method based on color digital image processing technology avoids the defect that large particles are judged as small particles. To ensure that all coarse aggregate particles are effectively extracted, the average diameter and frequency diameter are used to evaluate the homogeneity of the gradation, and the accuracy is high. At the same time, it is found that the gradation of AM-16 is coarse than that of SMA-16. However, the particle size uniformity is smaller than that of AK-16 gradation, and the particle size uniformity index can better evaluate the gradation uniformity, which can provide an effective quantitative evaluation basis for the gradation particle uniformity evaluation.
