新疆高温地区沥青路面车辙病害处治研究

【摘要】:沥青路面车辙病害是路面的主要病害之一,车辙即缩短了沥青路面的使用寿命也降低了沥青路面的服务质量,给国民经济带来较大损失。为延长沥青路面的使用性能、使用寿命以及节约资源,研究车辙的影响因素,尤其是高温条件下的车辙预防和处治方法,已成为道路界最关注的问题之一,,同时也是新疆地区一直关注的问题。 本文主要借助G30星星峡至哈密路段的车辙病害调查项目,结合室内试验以及路面检测的数据对高温地区车辙病害原因进行较全面的分析,旨在提高沥青路面的工程质量,以减少道路车辙病害,延长道路的使用寿命,节约项目成本。 首先,对新疆干线公路沥青路面的车辙病害进行调查,同时对车辙病害形成的机理与危害进行介绍,调查发现车辙病害是新疆普遍存在的现象。 其次,对新疆G30星哈高速公路车辙病害发展趋势以及分布特点进行统计,对交通量、哈密的气象状况和沥青路面设计规范中的路面结构厚度设计方法进行分析,重载和高温是引起路面车辙的主要原因。 再次,结合哈密地区的地理气候特点和道路筑路材料,从沥青用量、原材料以及配合比等进行分析研究,提出适合新疆高温地区的抗车辙沥青路面。 最后,对连霍主干线星星峡至哈密段公路改建工程路面车辙病害处治的路面检测,并结合新疆其他高温特殊地区车辙处治方法实例论证,结果表明低标号沥青,掺加抗车辙剂,骨架密实型级配类型可用于处治高温地区的车辙病害。
[Abstract]:Rutting disease of asphalt pavement is one of the main diseases of pavement. Rutting not only shortens the service life of asphalt pavement, but also reduces the service quality of asphalt pavement. In order to prolong the performance, service life and save resources of asphalt pavement, the influence factors of rutting, especially the methods of rutting prevention and treatment under high temperature are studied. Has become one of the most concerned problems in the road sector, but also has been concerned about the problem in Xinjiang. In this paper, with the help of the G30 Xingxiingxia to Hami section of rutting disease investigation project, combined with the indoor test and road surface detection data, the causes of rutting disease in high temperature area were analyzed comprehensively. The purpose of this paper is to improve the engineering quality of asphalt pavement, to reduce rutting disease, to prolong the service life of road and to save project cost. First of all, the rutting disease of asphalt pavement of Xinjiang trunk highway is investigated, and the mechanism and harm of rutting disease are introduced. It is found that rutting disease is a common phenomenon in Xinjiang. Secondly, the development trend and distribution characteristics of rutting diseases in Xinjiang G30 Xingha Expressway are analyzed, and the traffic volume is analyzed. The weather condition of Hami and the design method of pavement structure thickness in asphalt pavement design code are analyzed. Heavy load and high temperature are the main causes of rutting. Thirdly, combining with the geographical and climatic characteristics of Hami area and road construction materials, the paper analyzes and studies the asphalt dosage, raw materials and mix ratio, and puts forward the anti-rutting asphalt pavement suitable for Xinjiang high-temperature area. Finally, the road surface detection of rutting disease in the reconstruction project of Xingxia to Hami section of Lianghuo main line, and the demonstration of rutting treatment method in other high temperature special areas of Xinjiang are presented. The results show that the low grade asphalt with anti-rutting agent and the dense gradation type of skeleton can be used to treat rutting diseases in high temperature areas.
