通航隧道设计与施工关键技术研究

【摘要】:随着我国经济的迅速发展和对内河航运需求的不断增长,低标准的船闸已不能满足水运发展的需求,建设大断面通航隧道成为解决这一通航瓶颈问题的可行方法。目前国内外对大断面通航隧道的研究还处于初步阶段,设计和施工并无可参照的标准规范,而建设该类隧道已迫在眉睫,对通航隧道设计和施工关键技术开展研究具有重要的现实意义。本论文依托富春江七里泷航道通航隧道工程项目展开了通航隧道设计与施工关键技术的研究,主要工作和研究成果如下: 1.在满足隧道水下断面形状要求、水上部分建筑界限要求以及通航隧道安全保障措施要求的基础上,结合围岩及隧道结构的受力特点,应用最优化方法及相关分析计算,对隧道内轮廓进行优化设计; 2.根据富春江通航隧道的技术资料和隧道特点,结合现有隧道防排水设计规范和经验,进行通航隧道水上部分和水下部分的结构防排水设计; 3.通过工程类比法确定通航隧道的支护参数,利用有限元数值模拟及荷载结构法的计算确定通航隧道支护参数的合理性,并对二衬配筋及裂缝进行验算; 4.对通航隧道的开挖方法、超前支护方案、洞口工程施工方案、超欠挖控制及预留变形量施工技术以及二次衬砌技术等施工方案进行分析研究。本文结合我国通航隧道建设中亟待解决的问题和需要,利用资料调研、理论分析、数值模拟、等综合手段,揭示了通航隧道设计与施工中关键技术问题的解决方法。以上成果对合理认识通航隧道具有重要意义,并对实际工程中的设计和施工提供了宝贵的研究资料。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of China's economy and the growing demand for inland shipping, the low standard of ship lock has been unable to meet the needs of the development of water transport, large section tunnel construction of navigation become a feasible method to solve the traffic problem. At home and abroad on the large section navigation tunnel is still in the initial stage, Standard Specification for design and construction there is no reference to the construction of the tunnel, which is imminent, has important practical significance to navigation tunnel design and construction key technology research. This paper is based on the the Fuchun River seven miles long waterway tunnel project carried out research on the key technology of the design and construction of navigation tunnel, the main work and research results are as follows:
1. to meet the section shape of underwater tunnels, water on the part of the building boundary requirements and navigation tunnel security measures on the basis of the requirements, combined with the surrounding rock and tunnel structure stress characteristic, application of optimization method and related analysis, optimize the design of the inner contour of the tunnel;
2., according to the technical data and tunnel characteristics of the Fuchun River navigation tunnel, combined with the design specification and experience of existing tunnel waterproofing and drainage, we conduct structural design of waterproofing and drainage for navigation tunnel and underwater part.
3., the supporting parameters of navigable tunnel are determined by engineering analogy method. The rationality of supporting parameters of navigable tunnel is determined by finite element numerical simulation and load structure method, and the checking of two lining reinforcement and cracks is checked.
4. of the navigation tunnel excavation method, advance support scheme, the scheme of project construction, excavation control and analysis of reserved deformation in construction technology and two lining technology construction scheme. According to the problems and needs of China's navigation tunnel construction, using the data of investigation, theoretical analysis, numerical simulation and comprehensive way, reveals the solution to the key technical problems of design and construction of navigation in the tunnel. The above results to reasonably recognize the significance of navigable tunnel, and valuable research data for practical engineering design and construction in the offer.
