高压线旁超近距离钢箱梁吊装及安全防护施工技术

【摘要】:连续钢箱梁由于具有跨径大、美观、工期短等优点而在城市桥梁建设中被逐步推广应用,其中,在复杂环境及工况下的钢箱梁吊装及安全控制遂成为当前桥梁施工的重要问题。结合工程实际,主要介绍了通过施加配重、吊耳位置优化、BIM施工模拟等技术措施,解决了位于220k V高压走廊保护区内的大型钢箱梁吊装问题,为今后复杂环境下进行钢箱梁起重吊装作业的安全技术管理积累了经验。
[Abstract]:Because of the large span continuous steel box girder, appearance, shorter duration and bridges in the city building is gradually popularized, which, in a complex environment and working conditions of lifting steel box girder and safety control has become an important problem in current bridge construction. Combined with the engineering practice, are introduced by the counterweight lifting lug position optimization. BIM construction simulation and other technical measures to solve in 220K V high voltage corridor protection zone of large steel box girder lifting problem for complex environment of safety technology management of lifting steel box girder hoisting work has accumulated experience.
