基于效益的公路通道客货分线规划研究

【摘要】:当前,我国经济发展取得了巨大成就,居民的生活水平得到大力提升,现有公路发展水平无法满足人们日益提高的交通需求。人们对客运的需求体现在高速度、高安全、少排放上,对货运的需求则体现在高速度、低费用上,而且客货车辆特性存在较大差异,现有混行道路无法同时满足客货交通需求。客货分线能很好的解决客货混行的矛盾,我国已有客货分线的试点应用,客货分线的效益也逐渐得到认可。但一直缺乏客货分线规划理论,无法使客货分线得到合理的推广。 本文首先阐述了客货分线的定义及内涵,引入城际公路通道为本文客货分线规划的研究对象,并对研究对象进行了拓扑表达,分析了其客货分线功能模式;然后详细分析了客货分线对运行速度、通行能力、事故率、尾气排放、工程投资等方面优劣势影响,并分析了其优劣势间的转化规律;其次构建了基于效益的客货分线功能模式规划模型,模型求解属于多目标非线性组合解的问题,并探讨了模型的求解方法,本文引入评价函数法及图论最短路方法对模型求解;最后以沪杭公路通道为案例,利用本文模型对其进行客货分线规划,证明了本文模型的可行性。 本文论证了客货分线的积极效益,提出了公路通道客货分线规划模型,为客货分线的发展提供了科学依据,为公路通道客货分线的规划提供了理论模型,,为客货分线的实施效益提供了理论支撑。
[Abstract]:At present, great achievements have been made in the economic development of our country, the living standard of the residents has been greatly improved, the existing highway development level can not meet the increasing traffic demand of people. The demand for passenger transportation is reflected in high speed and high safety. In terms of less emissions, the demand for freight is reflected in high speed and low cost, and the characteristics of passenger and cargo vehicles are quite different. The existing mixed roads cannot meet the needs of passenger and cargo traffic at the same time. The passenger and cargo separation lines can solve the contradiction between passenger and cargo traffic very well. There is a pilot application of passenger and cargo sub-line in our country, and the benefit of passenger and cargo sub-line has been gradually recognized, but the theory of passenger and cargo sub-line planning has been lacking, and the passenger and cargo sub-line can not be reasonably popularized. In this paper, the definition and connotation of the passenger and freight sub-line are introduced firstly, and the intercity highway corridor is introduced as the research object of this paper, and the topological expression of the research object is given, and the functional mode of the passenger and cargo separation is analyzed. Then, it analyzes the influence of passenger and cargo separation on the running speed, traffic capacity, accident rate, tail gas emission, project investment and so on, and analyzes the transformation law between the advantages and disadvantages. Secondly, the functional model of passenger and freight separation based on benefit is constructed. The problem of solving the model belongs to the multi-objective nonlinear combination solution, and the method of solving the model is discussed. In this paper, evaluation function method and graph theory shortest path method are introduced to solve the model. Finally, taking the Shanghai-Hangzhou highway passageway as an example, the feasibility of this model is proved by using this model to carry out passenger and cargo separation planning. This paper demonstrates the positive benefit of the passenger and cargo sub-line, and puts forward the model of the highway corridor passenger and cargo branch planning, which provides the scientific basis for the development of the passenger and cargo sub-line, and provides the theoretical model for the highway passage passenger and cargo line planning. It provides theoretical support for the implementation benefit of passenger and cargo sub-line.
