大跨度钢桁拱桥架设过程控制技术

【摘要】:以宜万铁路大跨度铁路钢桁拱桥-万州长江大桥为工程背景,通过施工方案空间过程仿真进一步优化了杆件安装顺序,并确定了施工过程控制测试的重要杆件;无线综合测试系统的采用实现应力及线形的实时、定时巡测及定点单测数据采集,及时掌握了钢桁拱结构的线形及应力状态;温度效应的测试及理论计算,为选定合龙时机、利用温度变形进行杆件合龙的微调提供了有益的指导,实现了大跨度钢桁拱结构的零误差、零附加应力合龙。
[Abstract]:Taking Yi-Wan railway large-span steel truss arch bridge-Wanzhou Yangtze River Bridge as the engineering background, the installation sequence of the members is further optimized through the spatial process simulation of the construction scheme, and the important members of the construction process control test are determined. The wireless comprehensive test system is used to realize the real-time stress and the linear shape, the timing inspection and the data acquisition of the fixed point single test, the linear shape and stress state of the steel truss arch structure are grasped in time, the temperature effect is tested and the theoretical calculation is carried out, so as to select the closing time. The use of temperature deformation to fine tune the member closure provides a useful guide to realize the zero error and zero additional stress closure of the large span steel truss arch structure.
