灌入式保水性沥青混凝土抗车辙性能及机理分析

【摘要】:为了有效地评价保水性沥青路面的抗车辙性能,揭示其抗车辙机理,分别进行了3个不同空隙率的马歇尔稳定度试验和车辙试验。结果表明:灌入保水性砂浆后,马歇尔稳定度增长了0.7~1.4倍,动稳定度增长了9~37倍,其中空隙率为28%的增长幅度最大,抗车辙性能也最优。同时与传统的沥青混凝土AC-13及SMA-13对比,灌入保水砂浆的试件动稳定度值比AC-13高出8~15倍,比SMA-13高出2~5倍,充分表明了保水性沥青路面具有优越的抗车辙性能。
[Abstract]:In order to effectively evaluate the anti rutting performance of asphalt pavement water retention, reveal the mechanism of anti rutting, respectively, 3 different voidage Marshall stability test and rutting test were carried out. The results showed that the water poured into the mortar, Marshall stability increased by 0.7~1.4 times, the dynamic stability of the growth of 9~37 times among them, the gap rate of 28% of the largest increase, anti rutting performance is optimal. At the same time compared with the traditional SMA-13 and AC-13 asphalt concrete, poured into the mortar specimen dynamic stability is higher than AC-13 by 8~15 times, 2~5 times higher than SMA-13, fully shows that the water retention of asphalt pavement has the anti rutting performance is superior.
