关中城市群与西咸交通一体化的研究

【摘要】：随着我国经济建设的不断发展，城市间的产业联系与经济合作不断加强，区域经济一体化的进程加快。我国涌现出了十大城市群，关中城市群作为十大城市群之一，其发达程度对西北地区整体发展水平产生直接影响，并制约着整个西部的发展。城市群规划、形成和发展的重要基础是城市群的交通基础设施，城市群交通是协调和分配城市群人口和资源的动脉。西咸交通一体化建设，将加快关中城市群经济的发展，为国家实施新一轮西部大开发、推动西北地区经济振兴、促进区域协调发展的重大举措。本文在分析国内外城市群建设和交通一体化研究现状的基础上，确定了本文对关中城市群和交通一体化建设的研究内容。首先阐述了交通一体化的内涵、城市群一体化和交通一体化实施的基本途径。其次对城市群的内涵和分类进行了论述，列举了国内外著名城市群，分析了关中城市群概况、经济特征和交通特征。最后，详细论述了西咸交通一体化模式和规划，并以西咸北环线的建设为工程实例，论述了西咸北环线不同方案对西咸交通一体化乃至关中城市群的发展的影响。
[Abstract]:With the continuous development of economic construction in China, the industrial relationship and economic cooperation among cities have been strengthened, and the process of regional economic integration has been accelerated. Ten urban agglomerations have emerged in China, and Guanzhong urban agglomeration is one of the ten urban agglomerations. The development of urban agglomeration has a direct impact on the overall development level of Northwest China, and restricts the development of the whole western region. The important foundation of urban agglomeration planning, formation and development is the transportation infrastructure of urban agglomeration. Urban agglomeration traffic is the artery of coordinating and distributing the population and resources of urban agglomeration. The integrated construction of Xi'an traffic will speed up the economic development of Guanzhong urban agglomeration, implement a new round of western development for the country, and promote the economic revitalization of Northwest China. Major initiatives to promote coordinated regional development. On the basis of analyzing the present situation of urban agglomeration construction and traffic integration at home and abroad, this paper determines the research contents of Guanzhong urban agglomeration and traffic integration construction. Secondly, it discusses the connotation and classification of urban agglomeration, enumerates famous urban agglomerations at home and abroad, analyzes the general situation, economic characteristics and traffic characteristics of Guanzhong urban agglomeration. This paper discusses in detail the model and planning of Xi Xian traffic integration, and the construction of the west salty north ring line as an engineering example, and discusses the influence of different schemes of the west salty north ring line on the development of the west salty traffic integration and even the Guanzhong urban agglomeration.
