地铁隧道开挖对地表及建筑物的损害研究

【摘要】:城市地铁隧道施工大部分是在地面建筑设施密集的城区中进行的,隧道的开挖不可避免地会扰动地表土层,致使地表产生移动与变形(地表沉降)。这种移动与变形波及建筑物时,建筑物便产生附加应力,致使建筑物受到不同程度的影响并进而发生变形破坏,甚至威胁建筑物安全和使用。因此,隧道开挖引起的地表沉降及其对建筑物的损害是地铁建设迫切需要研究和解决的问题。 本文主要围绕地铁隧道开挖引起地表沉降的规律以及地表沉降影响下建筑物的破坏问题进行研究。具体包括以下几个方面的内容: (1)阐述了地铁隧道开挖引起地表沉降的基本成因与基本参数,系统的分析和研究了地铁隧道开挖引起地表沉降的一般规律,包括横断面上方地表沉降的一般规律及隧道纵断面上方地表动态沉降的一般规律,同时就地表沉降的影响因素做了总结与分析; (2)以地铁隧道开挖引起地表沉降的一般规律为基础,系统分析了地表下沉、倾斜变形、曲率变形、水平变形对建筑物的影响,讨论了建筑物在地铁隧道上方不同位置的破坏特征,并就地表沉降影响下建筑物产生裂缝的类型、特点及原因进行了研究; (3)从地表沉降引起建筑物附加力的角度,,以青岛地铁隧道施工过程中出现问题较多的砌体结构建筑物为研究对象,探究了地表沉降影响下砌体结构建筑物产生裂缝的力学机理,推导了砌体结构建筑物附加力计算公式,实现了计算公式的MATLAB编程实现,为其他类型建筑物的附加力研究提供了参考; (4)对青岛地铁隧道施工地表沉降监测、建筑物变形监测等资料进行综合分析,并应用本文研究的成果,分析了青岛地铁隧道开挖引起的地表沉降规律及地表沉降影响下建筑物的损伤现象,将理论与实际工程相结合,促进了理论的工程应用。
[Abstract]:The construction of urban subway tunnel is mostly carried out in the urban area where the ground building facilities are dense, and the excavation of the tunnel will inevitably disturb the surface soil layer. Causing the movement and deformation of the earth's surface (ground subsidence). When such movement and deformation spread to the building, the building produces additional stresses, causing the building to be affected to varying degrees and then deformed and destroyed. Therefore, the ground subsidence caused by tunnel excavation and its damage to buildings are urgent problems to be studied and solved in subway construction. This paper mainly focuses on the law of ground subsidence caused by subway tunnel excavation and the damage of buildings under the influence of surface settlement. 1) the basic causes and parameters of ground subsidence caused by subway tunnel excavation are expounded, and the general law of ground subsidence caused by subway tunnel excavation is systematically analyzed and studied. It includes the general law of surface subsidence above cross section and the general law of dynamic ground subsidence above tunnel longitudinal section. At the same time, the influence factors of surface settlement are summarized and analyzed. Based on the general law of ground subsidence caused by subway tunnel excavation, the influences of surface subsidence, tilt deformation, curvature deformation and horizontal deformation on buildings are systematically analyzed. The failure characteristics of buildings in different positions above subway tunnels are discussed, and the types, characteristics and causes of cracks in buildings under the influence of surface subsidence are studied. From the angle of the additional force of buildings caused by ground subsidence, taking the masonry structure buildings with more problems in the construction of Qingdao Metro Tunnel as the research object, this paper probes into the mechanical mechanism of cracks in the masonry structures under the influence of the surface settlement. The calculation formula of additional force of masonry structure building is deduced, and the calculation formula is realized by MATLAB programming, which provides a reference for the study of additional force of other types of buildings. The data of ground subsidence monitoring and building deformation monitoring in Qingdao subway tunnel construction are comprehensively analyzed, and the results of this study are applied. This paper analyzes the law of ground subsidence caused by excavation of Qingdao subway tunnel and the damage phenomenon of buildings under the influence of surface subsidence. The combination of theory and practical engineering promotes the engineering application of theory.
