双塔双索面PC梁斜拉桥结构体系参数影响分析

【摘要】:本文以浙江省温州市大门大桥为工程背景,探讨了双塔双索面PC梁斜拉桥体系参数对结构力学性能的影响,供设计施工方面参考。温州市大门大桥是跨径组合135+316+135m的混凝土斜拉桥。本文采用有限元分析的方法,借助MIDAS软件建立空间杆系模型,通过变换相关参数,提取桥梁受力变形响应,进而分析变化趋势,主要做了以下工作: (1)通过对大门大桥的主梁、主塔、斜拉索、下部结构和附属工程等设计及施工思路的介绍,了解了大门大桥的基本设计方法。 (2)通过对大门大桥成桥阶段主梁、主塔的内力应力以及斜拉索索力进行计算及分析,明确了主梁、主塔在施工阶段调索后的合理内力分布形态以及合理索力的分布特征,验证了结构体系的合理性,以保障体系的顺利实施。 (3)混凝土梁段自重误差、索力误差以及预应力误差对斜拉桥成桥状态影响较大,利用有限元分析软件对大门大桥各实施偏差情况下的结构响应进行量化分析,获得了结构位移响应与应力响应对误差的敏感性特征。 (4)塔梁连接方式、边中跨比、塔高、塔刚度及主梁刚度是该桥重要的体系参数,通过改变体系参数对大门大桥进行有限元分析,探讨关键体系参数改变对结构活载效应及温度效应产生的影响,提出体系参数的优化方向。
[Abstract]:Based on the engineering background of the Gate Bridge in Wenzhou City, Zhejiang Province, this paper discusses the influence of the system parameters of the PC girder cable-stayed bridge with double tower and double cable plane on the structural mechanical properties. The bridge is a concrete cable-stayed bridge with a span combination of 135,316 135m. In this paper, the spatial bar system model is established with the help of MIDAS software and the finite element analysis method is adopted. In order to extract the deformation response of bridge, and then analyze the change trend, the main work is as follows:. This paper introduces the design and construction ideas of the main girder, main tower, stay cable, substructure and subsidiary works of the main gate bridge, and understands the basic design method of the gate bridge. 2) through the calculation and analysis of the internal force stress of the main tower and the cable force of the cable-stayed cable, the reasonable internal force distribution pattern and the reasonable cable force distribution characteristics of the main girder and the main tower after the cable adjustment in the construction stage are determined. The rationality of the structure system is verified to ensure the smooth implementation of the system. 3) the deadweight error, cable force error and prestress error of concrete beam section have great influence on the state of the cable-stayed bridge. The structural response of the bridge is analyzed quantitatively by using the finite element analysis software. The sensitivity characteristics of displacement response and stress response to error are obtained. 4) the connection mode of tower beam, the ratio of side to middle span, tower height, tower stiffness and main beam stiffness are important system parameters of the bridge. The finite element analysis of the gate bridge is carried out by changing the system parameters. The influence of the change of key system parameters on the live load effect and temperature effect of the structure is discussed, and the optimization direction of the system parameters is put forward.
