基于物联网的滑模摊铺机施工远程监控系统设计

【摘要】:近年来,我国公路发展迅速。随着公路建设的不断深入,工程重点区域的工程条件更为复杂,新的设备和新工艺的引进也使得施工技术越来越复杂。建设条件艰苦、施工难度增大等问题凸显,施工质量难以保障。传统的工程质量监管过程中现场检查、检测和监督存在信息传递渠道不畅、工作效率低等问题,难以及时有效地对工程建设质量进行动态监控。信息化技术的不断发展,促使交通基础建设的质量监控逐渐使用信息化建设来进行管理和应用。 物联网是继计算机、互联网之后的又一次信息技术革命,是新一代信息技术的重要组成部分。因此,,本文提出一种基于物联网技术的滑模摊铺机施工远程实时监控方案,对影响施工质量的关键施工参数数据进行实时地采集、传输、分析、判定与反馈,并对摊铺机部分重点工作区域进行视频监控。以施工参数数据监控与视频可视化监控相结合的方式,构建施工过程质量测控信息化管理、分析和反馈系统,从而实现施工质量的过程控制。主要研究内容如下: 1.通过对滑膜摊铺机的机械构造,施工工艺原理和路面摊铺施工工艺过程进行研究,分析路面施工中的常见缺陷,明确路面的施工质量要求,确定了影响施工质量的制约因素,即监控系统主要的监控目标,并提出了系统的设计方案。 2.设计了现场数据采集模块。其中施工参数的数据采集模块以AT89S52单片机作为微控制器MCU,利用传感器采集滑模摊铺机的施工参数数据,数据经MCU处理进入GPRS无线传输模块;视频信号采集采用P2P网络摄像机,视频数据通过其内部的高效压缩芯片DSP进行压缩处理。 3.设计了无线传输模块。其中施工参数的传输利用GRRS无线网络模块实现;视频数据的传输利用3G无线网络模块,完成数据从施工现场到监控中心的传输任务。 4.设计了远程监控中心模块。该模块是利用Visual Basic语言开发上位机监控软件,对通过无线网络传输的施工参数数据进行接收、显示、存储和分析处理,实现对滑模摊铺机施工的远程实时监控。
[Abstract]:In recent years, the highway of our country develops rapidly. With the deepening of highway construction, the engineering conditions in the key areas of the project are more and more complicated, and the introduction of new equipment and new technology also makes the construction technology more and more complicated. Problems such as the increase of construction difficulty and the difficulty of ensuring construction quality are highlighted. In the process of traditional engineering quality supervision, there are problems such as poor channels of information transmission and low working efficiency in the field inspection, detection and supervision of traditional engineering quality supervision. It is difficult to monitor the construction quality in time and effectively. With the development of information technology, the quality control of traffic infrastructure is gradually managed and applied by information construction. Internet of things is another information technology revolution after computer and Internet. It is an important part of new generation information technology. Therefore, this paper presents a remote real-time monitoring scheme of sliding form paver construction based on Internet of things. Collecting, transmitting, analyzing, judging and feedback the key construction parameter data which affect the construction quality in real time, By combining construction parameter data monitoring with video visual monitoring, the construction process quality measurement and control information management, analysis and feedback system are constructed. Thus the process control of construction quality is realized. The main research contents are as follows:. 1. Through the study of the mechanical structure, construction technology principle and pavement spreading construction process of the synovial paver, the common defects in pavement construction are analyzed, the construction quality requirements of the pavement are defined, and the restrictive factors affecting the construction quality are determined. That is, the main monitoring target of the monitoring system, and put forward the design scheme of the system. 2. The field data acquisition module is designed, in which the AT89S52 single chip microcomputer is used as the microcontroller of the data acquisition module, and the construction parameter data of the sliding form paver is collected by the sensor, and the data is processed by MCU into the GPRS wireless transmission module. P2P network camera is used to collect video signal, and video data is compressed by DSP. 3. The wireless transmission module is designed, in which the transmission of construction parameters is realized by GRRS wireless network module, the transmission of video data is realized by 3G wireless network module, and the task of data transmission from construction site to monitoring center is completed. 4. The remote monitoring center module is designed, which uses Visual Basic language to develop host computer monitoring software, which receives, displays, stores and analyzes the construction parameter data transmitted through wireless network. Realize the remote real-time monitoring of sliding form paver construction.
