PC连续箱梁桥优化设计研究

【摘要】:摘要:PC连续梁桥传统的设计步骤:根据桥梁跨度、桥宽及施工方法等基本条件,初步拟定结构细部尺寸,计算结构内力,预估预应力束数量并进行布置,再重新进行结构计算并按照相应规范进行检算。由于估束时不能准确计算预应力损失及预应力引起的结构次内力,也不能准确考虑预应力的偏心位置等因素,预估的预应力束数量是十分粗略的,设计时就需要不断调整预应力束,甚至需要修改梁截面尺寸直至获得满意的设计为止。由于在此反复试算及调整过程中涉及很多设计参数及控制条件,设计师很难使设计方案既受力合理又造价经济,在经过有限次数的试算调整后得到的设计是一个可行的但未必是较优的方案。 针对传统设计方法的不足,在前人研究成果基础上,本文提出一种PC连续箱梁桥优化设计的新方法:将估束、布束和成桥计算三个阶段结合起来,考虑各参数之间相互耦合及相容条件,基于优化理论实现连续箱梁的初步设计。本文主要内容有: 1.采用混合整型二次规划算法(MINLPB)进行优化计算,通过算例对MINPLB优化程序的有效性及可靠性进行验证。 2.以梁部主要尺寸、钢束数量及位置为变量,分别建立估束阶段、布束阶段及成桥阶段优化模型,实现PC连续箱梁初步设计。 3.利用本文的优化设计方法及编制的程序对耒水桥进行优化设计,验证了本文优化设计方法。 本文提出的PC连续箱梁优化设计方法不仅克服了传统设计反复试算的缺点,而且弥补了先前优化设计的不足,可以得出截面尺寸与钢束数量的最优配置,自动绘制出钢束立面图,完成PC连续箱梁桥的初步设计,具有实际的工程意义及理论价值。图32幅,表13个,参考文献62篇
[Abstract]:According to the basic conditions of bridge span, bridge width and construction method, the detail size of the structure is preliminarily drawn up, the internal force of the structure is calculated, the number of prestressing tendons is estimated and arranged. Then the structure is calculated again and checked according to the corresponding code. Because the loss of prestress and the secondary internal force caused by prestress can not be calculated accurately, and the eccentricity position of prestress can not be considered accurately, The estimated number of prestressing tendons is very rough, and it is necessary to constantly adjust the prestressing tendons in the design. It is even necessary to modify the section size of the beam until the satisfactory design is obtained. Since many design parameters and control conditions are involved in the repeated trial calculation and adjustment process, it is very difficult for the designer to make the design plan both reasonable in force and economical in cost. After a finite number of trial calculations, the design is a feasible but not necessarily better scheme. In view of the shortcomings of traditional design methods, a new method for optimizing the design of PC continuous box girder bridges is proposed in this paper, which combines the three stages of beam estimation, bundle placement and bridge completion calculation, based on the previous research results. Considering the conditions of mutual coupling and compatibility among the parameters, the primary design of continuous box girder is realized based on the optimization theory. The main contents of this paper are as follows:. 1. The hybrid integer quadratic programming algorithm (MINLPB) is used to optimize the program. The validity and reliability of the MINPLB optimization program are verified by an example. 2. Taking the main size of beam, the quantity and position of steel bundles as variables, the optimization models of beam estimation stage, bundle arrangement stage and bridge completion stage are established, respectively, to realize the preliminary design of PC continuous box girder. 3. The optimal design method of Leishui Bridge is verified by using the optimization design method and the program compiled in this paper. The PC continuous box girder optimization design method proposed in this paper not only overcomes the shortcomings of traditional design and repeated trial calculation, but also makes up for the shortcomings of previous optimization design. The optimal configuration of section size and steel beam number can be obtained. It is of practical engineering significance and theoretical value to draw the steel beam elevation drawing automatically and to complete the preliminary design of PC continuous box girder bridge. 32 drawings, 13 tables and 62 references are given.
