橡胶沥青混合料路用性能与施工工艺的研究

【摘要】:科技部“十一五”重点研究项目中对于中国将着力建设资源节约型、环境友好型,深入贯彻节约资源和保护环境的基本国策做了重大指示。橡胶粉作为基质沥青的改性剂不仅能改善基质沥青的使用性能,提高路面服务质量,延长使用寿命,同时还可以无公害,资源化的充分利用了大量的废旧轮胎,对我国走可持续发展道路,缓解废旧轮胎带来的环境压力具有重大意义。 本文主要首先通过室内试验,重点分析胶粉掺量、胶粉目数、搅拌温度和搅拌时间对橡胶沥青性能的影响,通过极差分析确定制备橡胶沥青最佳改性参数组合;其次通过马歇尔试验法,分别对连续级配、间断级配和断级配的橡胶沥青混合料进行配合比设计,基于高温车辙试验、低温弯曲试验、冻融劈裂试验和疲劳试验对不同级配混合料性能进行检验;最后通过试验路的铺筑,检验了断级配橡胶沥青混合料的施工质量,总结橡胶沥青混合料的施工工艺。 试验结果表明:不同参数组合下橡胶沥青性能不同,胶粉掺量是影响橡胶沥青性能的最显著因素,胶粉目数影响程度次之,推荐橡胶沥青最佳参数组合为胶粉掺量22%,胶粉目数为80目,搅拌时间60min,搅拌温度200℃;不同级配间橡胶沥青最佳用量存在较大的区别,间断级配和断级配最佳沥青用量较大,较连续级配分别增加了32.1%和39.3%,最佳沥青用量下不同级配橡胶沥青混合料均表现出较好的体积指标。橡胶沥青混合料高温稳定性、低温抗裂性、水稳定性和疲劳性能较基质沥青均有较大的提高,表明添加胶粉有助于改善混合料的各项性能。对于不同级配的橡胶沥青混合料,间断级配的高温稳定性和低温抗裂性要优于连续级配和断级配,,但在水稳定性能略低于断级配,对不同级配橡胶沥青混合料的性能分析,确定橡胶沥青更适合于间断级配SMA;原材料和施工过程是影响橡胶沥青施工质量的最重要因素,应严格控制相应的技术指标和要求,重点对拌和、运输、摊铺和碾压几个阶段的温度进行控制,进而保证橡胶沥青混合料质量符合规范要求。
[Abstract]:In the key research projects of the 11th Five-Year Plan of the Ministry of Science and Technology, China will focus on building resource-saving and environment-friendly projects. The basic state policy of saving resources and protecting the environment has been carried out in depth. Rubber powder as the modifier of asphalt can not only improve the performance of asphalt, improve the service quality of pavement, but also prolong the service life. At the same time, it can also make full use of a large number of waste tires, which is of great significance for our country to take the road of sustainable development and alleviate the environmental pressure brought by waste tires. In this paper, the effects of rubber powder content, rubber powder mesh number, stirring temperature and stirring time on the performance of rubber asphalt were analyzed. The optimum modification parameters of rubber asphalt were determined by range analysis. Secondly, through Marshall test method, mix ratio design of rubber asphalt mixture with continuous gradation, discontinuous gradation and broken gradation is carried out, based on high temperature rutting test and low temperature bending test. Freeze-thaw splitting test and fatigue test are used to test the performance of different gradation mixture. Finally, the construction quality of rubber asphalt mixture is tested by paving test road, and the construction technology of rubber asphalt mixture is summarized. The test results show that the rubber asphalt performance is different under different parameters, the content of rubber powder is the most significant factor affecting the rubber asphalt performance, and the rubber powder mesh number affects the degree of rubber asphalt performance. It is recommended that the best parameter combination of rubber asphalt is 22% rubber powder, 80 mesh rubber powder, 60 min agitation time and 200 鈩
