【摘要】:法向承力锚(The Vertically Loaded Anchor),简称VLA,它是一种新型的拖曳锚。由于其在极限嵌入深度有很高的承载力、回收方便可重复利用等特点,同其他种类的锚泊系统相比,在深水环境中的应用有着较为明显的优势,已经成为当今世界上应用较为广泛的深水锚泊系统基础。对于VLA的研究重点是对其轨迹和极限嵌入深度的研究,轨迹分析是其在实际应用中结构优化的基础。 本文介绍了VLA的发展状况及安装方式,在VLA的整体安装中强调了锚板的嵌入过程。重点描述了其在嵌入轨迹和极限嵌入深度中的理论研究。通过分析理论中对其嵌入轨迹的影响因素,总结出了外界环境、自身结构、拖曳方式的影响。以理论分析的结果为基础,结合显示动力分析方法软件LS-DYNA对其进行了建模仿真,并根据显示算法的特点结合其嵌入特性选择合适的计算方法。 在建模的初级阶段,首先以理论为基础,进而对模型进行简化、参数选择。选择在饱和软粘土的环境下对锚板进行各个参数变量进行合理选择,能够形成对轨迹本质的有效对比,重点仍是通过理论得出对其嵌入轨迹的影响因素。仿真的过程不仅是对结论的优化补充,还是实验分析的基础。 在嵌入过程中通过改变锚板的嵌入状态、结构特点及拖曳方式等方法,对VLA的轨迹进行仿真数据的分析对比,通过轨迹的分析对比、速度的变化特性,分析各个变量在嵌入过程中的结果对比,进而选出最高效的嵌入方式,用以在实际应用中整体结构优化和嵌入方式的选择。
[Abstract]:The Vertically Loaded Anchorage (VLA) is a new type of towing anchor. Due to its high bearing capacity at the ultimate depth of embed, the recovery is convenient and reusable, compared with other kinds of anchoring systems. The application in deep-water environment has obvious advantages and has become the foundation of deep-water mooring system which is widely used in the world today. The research emphasis of VLA is to study its trajectory and limit embedding depth. Trajectory analysis is the basis of structural optimization in practical application. This paper introduces the development and installation of VLA. The embedding process of anchor plate is emphasized in the whole installation of VLA. The theoretical research on the embedded track and the limit depth of the anchor plate is described emphatically. By analyzing the influencing factors of the embedded track in the theory, the external environment and its own structure are summarized. Based on the results of theoretical analysis and the display dynamic analysis software LS-DYNA, this paper models and simulates the effects of towing methods, and selects the appropriate calculation method according to the characteristics of display algorithm and its embedding characteristics. In the initial stage of modeling, based on the theory, the model is simplified and the parameters are selected. In the environment of saturated soft clay, the parameters of the anchor plate are selected reasonably. In order to form an effective contrast to the essence of the trajectory, the emphasis is still on the influence factors of the embedded trajectory through the theory. The simulation process is not only an optimization supplement to the conclusion, but also the basis of the experimental analysis. In the course of embedding, the simulation data of VLA trajectory are analyzed and compared by changing the embedding state, structural characteristics and towing mode of the anchor plate, and by analyzing and contrasting the trajectory, the variation characteristics of the velocity are analyzed and compared. The comparison of the results of each variable in the embedding process is analyzed, and the most efficient embedding method is selected for the optimization of the overall structure and the selection of the embedding mode in the practical application.
